When I got home, I opened the box and realized the cigarette was damaged and leaking the tobacco fluid on the inside. The clerk (owner?) at the store didn't see it leaking in the box when I purchased it, and I unfortunately didn't notice it either. I took it back to the store - with the tab you have to remove to activate the product still on it - in the packaging. He said because I had opened the package, that there was nothing he could do for me. I told him that I didn't want my money back, and it wasn't my fault the product was damaged - I just wanted a replacement because HE SOLD ME A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. All I wanted was a replacement Blu. (A lousy $10 charge, and I'm sure he get's the Blu products at wholesale prices on top of that, so he wasn't really out $10. However, he sure did point that out to me!) He still refused and complained about how it's a "ten dollar product" and refused to help me with any kind of resolution. I guess he'd rather lose a customer than eat a lousy $10 cost for a damaged product that HE SOLD ME! I was planning on making this store a new regular stop because the selection of products was nice. Now, I will NEVER return to that store. He just lost out on making $ from me - way more that $10 on future purchases. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I will also tell all my friends who live in the area how I was treated there and to not give this store any money.

Nothing could be more fantastic for a pathetic, addicted smoker such as myself than a drive-up window where you simply tell the guy your brand, pay and drive off! You never have to get out of your car! Brilliant. But all in all, it's a pretty junky little tobacco/beer joint like all the others. They have the cigarettes and beer you'd expect for prices that are reasonable. They have a $5 minimum if you want to pay with a card, and the area is a tiny bit shady, but it's not too bad. This part of 12 South used to be a lot worse than it is. Every once in a while, you can still see the little person (dwarf?) actor that was in the movie "Gummo" hanging around outside of Four M & M. He used to practically live there. Anyway, it's no sketchier than most similar shops, and at least you won't have to get out of your car! It's a novel idea, so I thought I'd at least plug the place.
