When you think of interior detailing, you think of them cleaning EVERYTHING inside the car, under the seats, the center console, the cup holders and more. For me, none of that was cleaned. After I picked it up I noticed many places that were not cleaned and felt like I had kinda been ripped off. I will include the areas missed. They stated they don't do under the seats unless you sign something that if they mess up the seats they cannot be charged/sued for it. Fair enough, just don't advertise as a full interior cleaning. When I asked why the center console wasn't touched or cleaned at all, they stated they had issues with drugs and such in them and did not clean them. Fine by me but that's not an interior deep clean like advertised so I was disappointed. Everyone was pretty nice until I came back and asked them to fix it up. The owner didn't say a word to me unless I said something which I found rude. Terrible job for an interior cleaning in my opinion. Should have done it myself. They cleaned the car with WINDOW CLEANER when I watched them. A huge waste of money.
