It was okay overall but it was just smaller and space was a bit tight for everything. Parents didn't really watch their kids so they would be stealing toys from other kids and it wasn't really a friendly place for my child. A lot of parents were there to socialize with other parents so they didn't watch their kid so that posed a danger to their children and every one else's.

My baby was able to play freely and did not overheat. Also, they have snacks and drinks available for purchase. So I purchased a food pouch for my baby. This was very convenient! She loved the play area. She just started walking so this space offered a lot of room for her to practice. She enjoyed exploring! There is so much to do. She didn't seem to want to leave either We will definitely be returning very soon! The staff were attentive and friendly, walking around to each table to check on each person and guide them along the process. The work areas were large and it was nice sound with others to guide and help each other also. There really wasn't an overall explanation on how to do the monogram on the box so we struggled with this until a staff member came by and guided us on the process but by then all but 1 monogram was on a box. Wish there would have been just a bit more overall instructions on this is how we put on and take off the monogram. Overall the experience was lovely and I think everyone really enjoyed it. They walked everyone through the process at the same time and took the time to check on everyone during the process. They allowed us to bring in food and drinks for the party so their was a mixture of home made and store bought stuff. As far as I could tell, the kids all enjoyed it and so did the parents who also participated.
