He did come back to fix it once because there were all kinds of bubbles and particles under it after the first installation, which I will applaud, but he doesn't really stand by his work. After two applications its still peeling and that's terrible. His lack of quality and deceptive lifetime warranty mean steer clear. Get it done somewhere professionally with actual customer service. After each application, I waited 8-10 days to roll down the windows to be safe as is protocol and this still happens after only a few months of installation. Didn't even last a year.
