Poor communication, zero respect for appointment times, and an attitude on top of it. A perfect example of how not to run a business.

I made an online appointment to have my car tinted, only the glare strip. The appointment was set for 3pm. Mind you they charge a deposit for the reservation. I arrived at 2:55 to be told that the tint man was not there. Then I was told that the tint man went on a mobile job at 2pm. Needless to say there went my appointment, he left the shop at 2pm he will never be back by 3pm. At 3:20 no sign of the tint man, I decided to leave. Seems as if the owner got a call for a mobile job worth more than my job and he disregarded the customer that made the appointment and paid. Very irresponsible shop, it doesn't matter that you paid a deposit, to the owner what matters is the amount of the job, the mobile job most definitely was more money. Stay away from this shop!! BTW, now I have to wait I don't know how many days to get my deposit back!! What a joke!!! read more

ruined my paint taking off a wrap, dented it. The front window tint was uneven. They said they would send updates on the progress when I finally got ahold of them. They sent me pictures at angles to avoid showing the damage. When I went to pick it up they said they ran out of window tent and would call me back to get it fixed. I took my daughters car to Swift yesterday and got excellent service. She had a broken antenna which meant they had to remove headliner and I was afraid that could be a cluster and it wasn't. The car was done in an hour and everything was back in place like nothing ever happened. Great Company to do business with I stopped in one day to get a quote on getting my windows tinted which he gave me what I feel was a very reasonable price explained he used a machine computer cut premium tint which he explained more but I don't remember exactly what was said. I set a time with him to come by a few days later he got me in quick and out quick. I am super picky about my windows and my truck period and honestly just expected something to be wrong somewhere I've never had a perfect tint job.. and there were bubbles in the tint not many but noticeable to me!! But I called and he explained they will come out in a day or 2..and that they did!! So Thank you for an excellent job and keep up the good work!! The professional staff greeted me with a smile. Quick to get vehicle in and get started. The window from waiting area to Garage lets me watch how they treated my vehicle with care. Found this little Jem on Google and called them up, spoke with a guy who was very helpful and said when I was ready to call him that morning and bring the truck by. He said he had what I needed and a heads up was all he needed. I waited until finances came in and gave him a call. He gave me directions and I brought the truck by. He said it would be about an hour so I walked down to Alex's and got some breakfast and right about the time I started feeling impatient.... he called and said the truck wad ready. He tuned everything in, added radio stations, set the clock and set up my Bluetooth to my phone for me all before I left... it was perfectly priced and I highly recommend this shop! I love my new stereo and I love that it automatically connects to my phone when I get in the truck! It's great. Great service here for a small local business. read more
