What an incredible health food store that I wish I could have in my neck of the woods at my usual health store ! Very friendly staff, clean store, amazing amenities. She was out for the holidays though so I couldn't make an appointment to see her. I do think many of the herbs can be purchased elsewhere; some for cheaper, some not. Also, just a heads up - when I opened the Bravo Tea teabags they recommended that I bought, they were so tiny - it seemed like with hardly any herb in them - but measured out, it is a bit less than a full teaspoon, which is about what many herbalists recommend for most herbs.
