I had appointments to be fitted for a mask and review operation and maintenance schedules. This was all painless and the person who helped me was great and answered all my questions. She provided a printed schedule for replacement of certain parts (filters, masks, tubing and chamber) with time-frames showing when I should order them based on insurance coverage. Easy enough. There's a specific number I have to call to reorder supplies. Usually when I call, the person checks my schedule and can tell me what I'm eligible for based on insurance, which is also helpful. The only issue I ever encountered was possibly due to miscommunication or misunderstanding. I called and tried to order supplies this spring and the person I spoke to this time said I needed to give them a credit card due to some new policy for 2025. I've had enough medical billing errors to know any kind of prepayment or auto billing is a very bad idea, so I declined. I decided I would instead try a different company who also had convenient online ordering. That company was uncommunicative and I waited a month with no supplies or followup. Finally I called and canceled and went back to Fitzsimmons, who this time didn't request a credit card... not sure what happened there. I get a text with whatever co-pay wasn't covered by insurance, I check it against Blue Cross to make sure it's correct, and pay it through their billing portal. The people I've spoken to have all been completely fine. I've had zero issues with rudeness. Overall, apart from lacking online ordering and the weird credit card misunderstanding, this company is pretty together and easy to work with.

The confirmation e-mail stated "Upon being processed and shipped, you should receive your order within 3 - 5 business days." When it did not arrive, I e-mailed them (10/29/18 PM) for a UPS tracking number and they never bothered to reply. The following day, I checked with my credit card company and was informed that the charge had been reversed by the merchant. This order was important to me as the old part had failed and my Cpap could not be used without a replacement. Sleepless nights on the sofa waiting for a part that would never arrive!
