The girls at the front both times were very friendly and answered the questions we had since we were new to using an infrared sauna. They have some great package deals, so we may be signing up for one the next time we go.

Unfortunately, over the past 2-3 months, there has been a noticeable decline in the overall quality of the facility. The level of cleanliness and upkeep has dropped significantly. Soap dispensers are now cracked and empty, the floors are often dirty, and many of the amenities that were once standard are no longer available. More concerning is the condition of the equipment. The rowing machine, for example, has loose bolts and makes a scraping noise when in use, as the seat hits against the metal frame. At this point, I would recommend considering other options that prioritize cleanliness, maintenance, and member experience.

It's a bio-synchronization bed therapy session promoting the body's healing ability. Once I arrived, I was welcomed with a smile and was given a great tour of their facility. I have to admit, I was transported to a core memory of my youth's first experience of Epcot Center and their Innovation Land. The center is very serene and futuristic in feel. The ambiance is immediately set and you are transported from the busy hustle and bustle streets and lifestyle of Miami. Once my tour concluded I was prepped for my session and surrendered to the peace. I laid back, dark glasses on and meditation music radiating through the headphones. As the minutes progressed I coukd feel myself drifting and getting immersed in the experience. Once my 30mins ended I did not want to leave. I felt relaxed and my body regenerated. Both amazing things to do for your self care routine. In the infrared sauna room you have the entire room to yourself. You can lock it and take as much clothes off as you please because it is your private room! What I also like about the sauna is that you can link it to your Bluetooth so you can jam to your favorite songs! An infrared sauna session could be up to 45 mins. I did the entire 45 mins because I just really enjoy it, but you can leave whenever you want you can stay up to the 45 mins. The Red Light Therapy is only for 15 minutes it is for inflammation, injury recovery, detox, and much more. You also get your own room. You shouldn't look straight at the lights so they provide little goggles for you to wear. I tried with and without the goggles and I preferred with. Simply because I forget to not look into the lights and don't want to damage my eyes. They do have showers. Again you get your own private shower room where you can easily and comfortably dress unlike at the gym. They even have deos. and other refreshing feminine products in case you forgot to bring your own. I like to bring my small gym bag with a change of clothes and my own beauty products. The workers are really nice. They're young, they're friendly and courteous and very helpful. Josh really helped me out last time and guided me through the process. You can go as a non member for services or they have a monthly membership different rates with different services included. Some memberships for example will include a month IV...and other things! They gave me blankets and had a movie playing. I was not able to relax because the staff were so loud in the front just talking about anything and joking around. There's gym and pool and outdoor mazes, glory holes and porn. Conducive for group action. It's hit or miss if you're looking to connect one on one but most seem to find something. The space is larger than the Gaythering in Miami Beach and a bit less touristy Ft Lauderdale may have nicer facilities larger rooms and more amenities and the clubhouse2 may cater to an older crowd and their regular rooms have mirrors but since it's the only Miami sauna it does get a large crowd Saturday nights 11pm-2am and many Hispanics. Keep an open mind and expectations low and you may be surprised and have a good time. We are all there for the same thing

There are so many hot saunas to choose from, plus a very steamy steam room and hammam. The cold water available to douse yourself is much more hygienic than a shared cold plunge. What to know: the locker space is small, so don't bring a lot of stuff. But do bring anything you'll need to shower, as they don't provide much in terms of toiletries. If you're female and want to feel more comfortable sitting everywhere, wear water shorts. Bring a towel to dry off with after you shower, they provide a few towels for sweating. Be sure to check out the pool and beach area. Parking is easy and inexpensive if you use the public beach lot down the street. There's also a restaurant on-site. I haven't eaten there, but it's a nice option if you want to grab a bite. I did get a massage here, and it was okay. The highlight for me is definitely the saunas. You can easily spend a few hours sweating and lounging, and it's open late, which is a big plus.

Spa manager Jessica greeted us warmly and enthusiastically, immediately setting the tone. We were offered champagne, then asked to complete a brief intake form to note our needs and any areas of concern. From there, we were escorted to the women's locker room, changed into plush robes and slippers, and spent a few relaxing minutes in the sauna. Soon after, our massage therapists arrived, Nelly for me and Jenny for my colleague, and guided us to a beautiful, dimly lit treatment room. We settled onto warmed massage tables and were wrapped in the softest, most luxurious sheets. And then... the real magic began. Nelly was absolutely phenomenal. She worked through my sore, overworked muscles with incredible skill for over an hour. Her hands were both strong and intuitive, her movements gentle and graceful as she transitioned from one area to the next. The pressure was deep and effective, paired with an impressive understanding of anatomy and, honestly, my body in particular. I never wanted it to end.
