Im not digging it! I feel if you're paying premium pricing for juice you should get premium labeling. I mean you should know your pg vg ratio however theirs is labeled no better than the bottles you get at the gas station. I was in there quick. And im sure had i asked they probably would have been able to tell me. But again, im use to it being right on the label. Just remember because it tastes good doesn't always mean it is good. BUYER BEWARE! I am in complete shock as to the way this business is ran and I can foresee it being a matter of time before they are gone if they treat every customer this way. I visited the aurora location about a week ago to purchase a new device. The employee at the time seemed helpful, and offered for me to purchase a charging dock specific to this device as well. It seemed like a worthwhile purchase at the time. However, when I got home, I realized the charging dock was faulty, as it would not take or charge nor give a charge to my device. By the time I had discovered this, the store was closed. I called them the next morning and after informing the employee with the situation, I was told "Well, if I had another one I would exchange it but I don't". I inquired about a refund considering I just spent money on a new product that has never functioned since I bought it, and I was not being offered a resolution by any means. I was told all sales are final and that there would be no way to return it. I should have foreseen this shadiness considering I was never offered a receipt of any kind for my purchase. After further pursuing this issue, the employee finally, but reluctantly agreed to have another charger brought from a different location in order to exchange it. I was told they would have one for me on a specific day. Upon driving an hour to the store on this day, I walk in to an empty store where I am finally greeted with an employee appearing from the back of the store a couple minutes later. Not that I expect to be greeted immediately, but it became very evident that this employee had no interest in serving customers at this time. I informed him that I spoke to someone the past week and was told I would be able to exchange this product since it was faulty. After a sigh and a childish eye-roll, I realized I had probably just wasted a couple hours out of my day. I was told they didn't have the product, despite explicitly claiming that they would have it for me at this time. I politely inquired again about returning the item, seeing as though I had already wasted two trips, one purchasing the faulty product, and then another in attempt to exchange the product (as promised). Yet again I was told that "we can't do that". It was at this point, that the employee declared that I was in the wrong for not bringing this issue to their attention right away. Funny that he would say that, because that is exactly what I did, and that's why I was in the store again in the first place! It was at this point I lost all respect for this business, and my politeness seized as I asked the kid "Don't you think this is nonsense that I purchased a faulty product and I haven't received ANY resolution except for having more of my time wasted?" At this point I was pointed to the door and told to have a good day. Stay away from this shady business! read more

Very good customer service! My boyfriend and I stopped in a while ago as he is trying to quit smoking. The young man at the counter spent a lot of time explaining the products in a way that us newbies were able to understand with a lot of patience. We walked out feeling confident in our purchase. It's been a week so far and my boyfriend has gone from smoking a pack of cigarettes a day to just vaping. Needless to say, I'm elated about that! read more

I went here the other day and the staff is friendly. The only problems here is they are way over priced for an average product. The selection is not the best in the area too. There's a vape shop I found in oswego with an better selection and better pricing. Can't go wrong with $40 for 130ml of premium in house juice (juice made in house in front of you). Yay read more

I went into this b&m today for the first time looking for some good juice. I've been to all the vape shops around here and this place by far has the best flavores to choose from. This was my first time here, I didn't know the last guys sold it. The young manager there was really cool. He took his time and explained certain aspects of the box mods. Good prices great customer service. This is now my go to shop from now on. Nothing bad about the other ones in the area but this is a great place to go. My first time visiting today! Went in to get an atomizer (which they sell in single packets of a box of 5), and ended up getting a juice as well. They have SO many flavors! Purchased the one that the associate recommended and I'm SO pleased with it. VERY affordable juice and knowledgeable staff. Definitely will be returning. read more
