I wanted to try a new lounge out closer to my house so I pooped into this place. Upon entering it was friendly, inviting and great Ambience. They have a wide variety of cigars to choose from. The employee on duty knew his cigars and if he didn't remember he had a notebook he pulled out of his pocket with notes on many cigars. Everyone there was friendly and had some great conversations. Living La Vita Smokah! *cue ricky martin dance* I was the lucky recipient of a $100 gift card I won from 97.1FM WDRV, so although St Charles is waaaaayyy off my finely-tuned Oak Park radar, I made the trip here on Black Friday to buy some see-gars as stocking stuffers. Their walk-in humidor is massive, one of the biggest I've been in. A dizzying selection of cigars, from inexpensive up through mid-grade smokes to the legendary Cohibas, you name it and they've likely got it. After perusing for a while, Andrew the proprietor introduced himself and gave me some recommendations. He was nice enough to grab a box of Olivia Series 'G' from the backroom, since they're my dad's favorite and the humidor was out of them. They featured a 'buy 3 get 1 free' promotion on cigars and 25% off on accessories, so I picked up a couple wicked awesome butane torch lighters as a gift for myself. La Vita has a nice lounge area and big screen TV for customers' enjoyment, as well as an assortment of teas, coffees, and snacks. Be warned, though, their storefront location is difficult to get to. It's not directly accessible from Randall Road and you have to navigate a funky 1-way road to get here, but if you consider yourself a cigar aficionado, you can't go wrong with these guys. read more

It was no surprise to see why La Vita Cigars came recommended. The walk-in humidor is huge with an outstanding selection! There's no shortage of accessories sold here. The lounge is very comfortable, with leather chairs and couches with relaxing with a nice cigar. If you prefer, there are bar chairs and counter space by the window to drink your freshly made espresso, coffee, or soda served at the lounge. I was passing through the area and found this "tucked away" gem of an establishment along Randal Rd. I truly liked this cigar shop and enjoyed the attention I received from the owner. A knowledgeable owner (not pushy) with very good insight into his assorment and good recommendations. A spacious humidor stocked with the mid-range to upper-range selection of cigars (including the NEW Don Pepin inspired brand)! A place to smoke in a relaxed atmosphere. I liked the touch of italian espresso (Lavazza)! A decent selection of humidors and cigar essentials (although the merchandising and variety can be improved). Look no further than this place for cigars! They have an enormous humidor with anything your heart desires! Comfy couches to sit and smoke and a large TV for game watching. There's FREE wifi and plenty of tables to sit, smoke, and study, if you so choose. The people here are very friendly also. Drew was great and made me a wonderful coffee. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because their sign out front is a little misleading. It says fine cigars, coffee and wine. I saw many many cigars, their coffee is Lavazza, and while good, was the only option, and I didn't see a wine bottle in the store. Perhaps I didn't look in the right places, but either way these two things were hidden. GREAT for cigars, and to hang out, they even allow BYOB so I cam imagine the parties! I've been in this cigar shop five times. I actually sat and smoked up on their couches a few of those times. BYOB is awesome! Me and a buddy stopped in during one of their cigar events and we didn't know anyone. However, within a few minutes we got to talking with other people and felt welcomed... That's a nice experience to have because cigar shops tend to have a close-knit group of clientele. They have a nice, fully stocked humidor with cigars ranging in price. They also have some cool beverages or you can order an espresso! If you find yourself in the area and have time for a smoke, stop in, or buy a few and hit the road. read more

Their selection of cigars is one of the best in Illinois, and they use some of the best coffee for their creations of Java goodness. La Vita has a great, large humidor and helpful staff that are there if you need them but let you be if you don't. Which is a HUGE bonus in my opinion, I hate being followed around by an employee and they don't do that here. Lounge is okay, which is why I gave it a 3 instead of a 4 (I wish we could do half stars because I would give it 3.5). They have a nice couch and 2 love seats next to it, but the rest of the place is tables and a bar by the window. Not the most comfortable but they do have a good amount of space. If you're looking to hang out and smoke while you work, be forewarned. Only one table and the bar seating by the window have power. If someone else is sitting at the bar top it gets a little tight. So load up your battery before you come in. WiFi is free and speedy. All in all, a good cigar shop with a large humidor and some seating. I will definitely be back, it just might not be my first stop if I have work to do while I smoke. read more

A very nice place that a friend introduced me to the other night. Had a great italian dinner and my buddy suggested going to this place. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The place wasn't crowded but wasn't empty. The cigar selection was huge with something for the total newbie and the aficianado. I didn't try the food/snacks and only had a cup of decaf (it was good). I was visiting St Charles with my wife and college age sons. We always treat ourselves to a relaxing "burnt offering" while vacationing. We didn't arrive in town until after 9 PM. La Vita's hours allowed us to visit and to make our selection. My eldest was going to a friend's bachelor party later that weekend and really didn't know what cigars others might enjoy. La Vita's employee that evening walked him through the purchase of several cigars. The selection were varied and the prices were reasonable. The service was excellent. We went back as our vacation ended and I picked up a handful of their house Robustos. The same young man went out of his way to ensure my purchase would remain fresh for several days. read more

This place has everything - espresso, cigars... The staff is great. I feel sorry for them for the location they chose. There is no access to Randall Road, the place doesn't look that inviting from the road and it's so easy to just decide to keep on going north if you miss the entrance on Dean Street. Hands down best cigar lounge in west burbs. Very friendly staff. Good selection, humidor well kept, sticks always burn great and taste great. I had a cigar blow up on me once and the very nice girl at the counter took care of it without hesitation, great service. Nice coffee bar inside and a cooler with water, pop, etc. I even saw some snacks and muffins to go with your morning smoke. Prices are reasonable. Lounge is comfortable and you can bring your own liquor if you wanted to. Patrons have been a friendly when I've been in. My only ask would be for a few more lower priced selections ($5ish) BUT their house brand has been solid and is only about $6.50. read more

What a nice little gem to find in Geneva. I took my son for his 21st birthday for his first cigar. We were able to bring our own. As it is BYOB and decided on a few good cigars in their walk-in humidor. They have tables and chairs as well as leather couches and recliners with a large screen TV to enjoy a game with your group or with the people that have gathered in their to enjoy a fine cigar. We had a great time during a recent playoff football game with about 10 other people. It is a great place to gather and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and will guide you if you are unsure of what you are looking for in the way of a good cigar or pipe tobacco. They do have a small snack area and have some soda or water available for purchase. Definitely will be back but I suggest that you buy your cigars once you get there because there is a substantial cigar lighting fee 4 cigars brought in from the outside but besides you would want to keep places like this in business anyway. I don't know too many of these cigar bars in the Fox Valley so this one is definitely a great place to check out read more
