I went to see Dr. Holland for a consultation and he was gentle and understanding. Although I was only there for a consultation, he asked if he could remove some plague that he noticed during the exam (I had a cleaning at my previous dental office 2 weeks before). I said yes and he removed it painlessly. I returned for a cleaning about 2 months later and he hand scaled my teeth due to the pain I reported from that water shooting demon that was used at my previous dental office. My cleaning was painless for the first time in years! Lastly, he noticed that my bite was off and shaved down my back molar slightly and the problem was solved. I had complained about my bite for years and none of the other providers addressed it. He noticed the problem without me telling him and offered to fix it. This has been the best experience I have ever had as an adult with a dental provider.

I had a gum graft done and Dr. Bealka actually had gotten even more coverage than he had expected on my gum. Once I couldn't figure out the retainer they give you to help shield the roof of your mouth and I called and one of the staff members stayed on the phone helping me figure out how to get it back on. I was so impressed by how helpful they all were. On the day of my surgery the medicine I took made me feel icky and they made sure to take good care of me and later Dr Bealka called me to make sure that everything was going okay. I really appreciated the extra time he took to check on me before the surgery and after. I would definitely recommend this place for any periodontal work for both the actual work and bedside manner.

During our appointment, a major hygiene failure occurred. The dental assistant put a hairnet over my son's hair, which had product in it, and then immediately attempted to work inside his mouth with those same gloves. While the assistant was polite and receptive when I corrected the cross-contamination risk, Dr. Belivand defensively interjected to challenge me. Once I stated the facts about the hair particles, she went silent, but then immediately retaliated by power-tripping over a "no phone" policy that was perfectly fine on our previous visit. When I requested a transfer to the male dentist at this location, the office chose to protect Dr. Belivand's ego over accommodating a patient. Today they called to cancel our upcoming Thursday appointment under the guise of a delayed flight and tried to push us out of the practice entirely. They would rather deny a child care and fabricate logistical excuses than hold an unprofessional doctor accountable for standard hygiene violations. I am glad they handled it this way because it saves me the trouble of ever returning to this dysfunctional office. Thank God there are several other dental offices in the Katy area that actually respect parents and prioritize basic patient care.

The staff here are hands down the best! Located off of Gessner near Richmond in a one story brick building. Plenty of parking. Checkin was easy & before long H took his "no-feelz" pill to knock him out. They provide a large room for the patients & guest to wait. The patient is placed in a recliner until they are ready to be taken back into the back where the magic happens. After nodding off H had to be wakened & taken into one of the operating rooms. Once he was settled I went back to the waiting room & since there were no other patients I snagged a recliner. The place is kept cold so wear a jacket & layers. I fell asleep & when woken up someone had put a blanket on me. Awwwww, just like mom used to do. The doctors are specialists & know what they are doing. They do their job really well & H is headed in the right direction for oral health. After receiving after-care information I pulled the car up front so they could wheel H out.
