I went two days ago for a Vitamin C facial and an eyebrow wax for a 30th birthday treat. I tip 20% and it was $132 with tip. I was there for almost two hours(not good at a supermarket, good at a spa)! She has a website with prices, descriptions, and all that. Her spa is so adorable, especially when lit up at night. It is always clean, stylish, and inviting. Just the perfect size for someone in business by herself. Some services that I have tried over time are: brow & Brazilian waxing; back, signature, vitamin C, and seaweed facials. Maybe more, I just cannot think of them now. Sometimes I go in just for brows, and sometimes I will do brows, a facial, and a Brazilian. She is so easy to talk to when I want to talk, or be still with when I want to relax. Her prices are pretty amazing too. I hope she never leaves and always has time. Tip: if there are no appointments available online, call her or email her to see if she has anything else available. If she has time, she will find an appointment for you. That's pretty much it. I am glad I found her. Keep in mind, It was my appointment time and that client's appointment was actually running late. I tried to tell Noelle that my appointment was at the moment, and she literally tried to argue with me and then had to look it up, and was like oh yeah, you're right. I have given this company many opportunities but all they do is burn me, never complete full extractions and take short cuts in their facials. Will not be going back

I had an appointment scheduled for a Saturday at 9:45am. At 9:17am, while I was en route to my appointment, I received a call from the owner that she was having car troubles and that she was waiting for AAA and would be in late but expected to be there soon. I had brunch plans later that day and did not want to go to the appointment and wait, given that the timing of the resolution of the car issues was uncertain. I was unable to come in later that day and the owner did not have her appointment book with her at that time, so we couldn't confirm an appointment for the following week. We agreed that we would reschedule the appointment for another time. It was an inconvenience for me, but I understand that people have car troubles, particularly in the winter in New England. I called a few times the following week; no one picked up, and I was unable to leave a message, as the mailbox was full. After ultimately getting through on the phone, the owner, Rosana, disputed that she called me the day of the appointment, and is saying that she was there that day and that no one in the spa had car issues. This is clearly contrary to my experience, not to mention my phone log (the call was coming from them to me, not the other way around). She indicated that because I had called them and I had been running late on the day of the appointment (again, it was the other way around), I could reschedule for a $25 rescheduling fee. I was honestly shocked by this, given the inconvenience that they initially caused me and that they were then turning around and saying that I had been the one who had called in. I had hoped that my calls with the owner would have resolved the situation, but alas, that is not the case. I am not out any money, but was just inconvenienced and then made to feel like a liar. Again, this is very surprising to me. I hope that others have better luck with their scheduling. The other reviews on here speak for Lumiere's services themselves, which I cannot attest to, due to their car issues that they are saying never happened.

Before I went in I wasn't even able to bend down or do much moving at all without hurting my lower back. Immediately after the massage I tested and attempted to stretch my hamstrings - I could! I can feel my muscles are still a little tight in the lower back but I know I can at least work on them now with stretching and yoga. I thought Elaine's quick response and suggestion to rectify the situation from before was completely wonderful and her massage made it all the better. Thank you, Elaine!

Enter Kim. After I had my first massage with Kim, I have never strayed. I'm a loyal customer-- in there every three weeks or so. What changed? First, Kim has great package deals for her customers and has pricing that is so reasonable, why would you look for another Groupon (and possibly pay more?). Second, she is a top-notch masseuse. I mean, she is one of the best. The atmosphere of the massage room is comfortable, relaxing, calming... Exactly what you'd want (and expect, and deserve) it to be. She's flexible with how she massages. If you want her to spend an hour rubbing your neck, she'll do it and she'll give you the best damn neck rub you've ever had.
