i had my ombré brows done here in 2019 by daybelis, and had one touchup. i haven't been back in six years, and was nervous to go to a different person. vianett is such an angel and she was trained by daybelis, i felt so comfortable with her! she gave me exactly what color & shape i wanted and is so patient and kind. i wanted them a bit darker for my touchup and she was more than willing to create the perfect shade. i returned for a consult with jazmin and avianna for multiple services. jazmin was great and willing to answer all of my questions, as well as avianna. avianna did my lips, she is sooo sweet, and i couldn't be happier with my results! i was a little nervous going to someone new again. she listened to exactly what shape i wanted, and i've received so many compliments! i highly recommend d&a esthetics med spa. they're much more popular on ig than yelp. they do an amazing job for a great price. all of the women here are wonderful & welcoming, willing to answer any & all questions. read more

I love this place. A friend on mine is always posting them on her insta, so I knew I had to check it out. Maria did the derma-planning facial and mask before me and Anita did a henna eyebrows for my mom. We absolutely love the results. D & A is very clean, professional and on point with their services. They have a really good price point and carry the Environ product line which I love. A bonus is that it's down the street from my favorite nail shop, but they also do nails here as well. The Good: 1. I've been following this spa for a long time on insta and really enjoy what I saw and so I decided to get book a service. The place itself is beautiful and clean. And They take all the COVID-19 precautions. 2. The is parking. You won't lose time looking for parking. The Not So Good: 3. The customer service really needs some sharpening. This was my first time and as a new customer you expect a nice welcoming, something to drink etc but the lady at the front desk was not welcoming and did not provide instructions or guidance. 4. The lady that performed the service was sweet but she did not provide any kind of information because of a language barrier. 5. The treatment was supposed to last an hour and she did not do a full hour and they're was no aftercare instructions. read more

I wish I could give this med spa more than a five star review because it's well deserved. The atmosphere of the spa is modern, beautiful and most importantly clean. The staff is professional and knowledgeable and truly make you feel beautiful. I drive 45 minutes to get facials by Hianny and I couldn't be happier with the results from the services/ recommendations of skin care products she has provided me. I suffer from moderate/severe Rosacea that has held me back from feeling confident in my own skin and Hianny has helped so much by suggesting different types of facials that work for me along with taking time to find products by environ that work for me, as this can be challenging for people who suffer from rosacea. I have a mixed feelings about this place great eyebrow service the ladies never disappoint but their spa services I'm not sure what's going on there. I got a facial once and it was great but recently I went for their stretch mark treatment and was SUPER disappointed in their esthetician and who ever reaches out on people about services I've emailed them on this service 3 times but no one ever responded, I wanted to book the treatment but it was not on their list, no answer. Finally I see it on their list when booking an eyebrow appointment and so I go ahead and booked it. The day comes and the esthetician takes me to the room and doesn't talk me through anything she about to do nothing she putting on me not even if I have allergies or if I apply any topical in the area (like cahmon I'm getting a stretch mark treatment wouldn't I be?" And she goes and applies who knows what and gets the machine out which I have no clue if it's needles or a laser I finally ask her and it's a vacuum. She finishes and she makes me sign the waiver AT THE END OF THE TREATMENT. Come to find out I can't eat or drink certain things after this for 10 days and I have to purchase topical products for the treatment to even work which I was unaware about because NO ONE REACHES OUT. So whatever price they have listed is FALSE because you have to buy products ONTOP of that. read more

Just recently got my eyebrows micro shaded by Daybelis and the service was outstanding! She set the expectations for before and after, handled my nervousness for the anticipated pain (not painful at all) as patiently and friendly as possible and did an exceptional job on my brows. I'm so pleased and so thankful!! I used to only go to her for my wax and tint but because of the growth she wasn't available as much, I started going to Anita for threading and tinting and literally can't recommend them enough! They take such great pride and patience in what they do and how they do it! The spa is super clean, chic, professional, and the techs are super knowledgeable!!! Received a Hydra Facial and I loved it! Walked in feeling very welcomed, didn't have to wait long for my appointment either. Forgot who was taking care of me but she was very informative throughout the whole procedure, did not feel clueless as to what was she doing to my skin. I learned a lot on how to take care of my face better. Product recommendations were pricy but WORTH IT. The skin care line has improved my skin very much. Definitely a fan of the quality of their services, I have had hydrafacials and threading and both were great techs and pleased with results. However, the scheduling is not reliable when it comes to the skin care services. 3 different occasions I have booked services and was called to reschedule, after the first two I switched techs because I figured it was her, then this time again canceled less than 24 hours before my appt., but they want a down payment to secure their time??? My time isn't secured though... fed up with their lack of reliability and will not return. read more

The only service that I got done there SO FAR is the Nano Brows by Daybelis. That woman is a legit angel sent from above. She's such a doll and so kind. It didn't hurt, it was just kind of an uncomfortable feeling but you can manage. Especially once you see what your brows look like after! She is so OCD with her craft and that's what I mostly admire about her. She makes sure you are completely satisfied with them before you're out that door.
