CA passed a law that enables barely graduated high school law enforcement officers to stop you while driving , and based only on a 3 month certificate make the decision to arrest anyone , your car impounded , you're detained inside a jail for minimum of 4 hours , NOT because you're impaired / drunk , but solely on the opinion of a officer with 3 month certificate in hand. Why ? Like sales people are rewarded for making sales , law enforcement is rewarded for making stops and arrests . I haven't even smoked marijuana not used any illegal substances in my life and I don't drink. Doesn't matter if the science breathalyzer screamed all clear innocent, doesn't matter that blood test later confirmed.
