They helped me out of a real bind back in autumn of 2019, when a since-fired Sunnyvale PD officer foolishly issued a ticket to my business entity, which I didn't sign. I want to start off stating that my experience with Mr. Michael Silveira went better than I ever expected, and he is someone of high caliber that I would definitely recommend to anybody who is caught in a situation dealing with a DUI. As a DUI Lawyer, I would say he went above and beyond in my case when it came to obtaining me a "dry reckless" outcome. In addition to that, during my court hearing, he was able to save me money for my fines (of which I only had to end up paying $234) because he knew the exact law that would negate an existing fine and accompanying additional fees due to time served; this was something that nobody else - not the judge, secretary, or counselor - knew off-hand. He also had to go back and forth to deal with the judge and registrar to allow myself and one other client to make sure that we paid the minimal fine possible, and that is something I'm very grateful for. Almost everyone one who parks here gets a ticket for not stopping to turn right into the parking lot. They have a camera set up - a total revenue scam.
