She hadn't even started yet though so it wasn't just that it all needed time to take. The lash lift didn't even take. (Yes, I followed all of the before and after care instructions. I'd don't it before with a different salon and didn't have any issues) The second time I went in to get my hair and makeup done and when I got there the person I'd talked to when booking the appointment had only booked me for a consultation so a month later when I got there I was turned away. I got my parents a massage gift certificate for them, decided to just take the loss rather than give it to them because I didn't want to send them somewhere where I'd had multiple bad experiences.

I wanted two colors, pink on one foot and green on the other. Then pink dots on the green and green dots on the pink. I had a picture and I was trying to show the lady but she wouldn't look at it and proceeded to paint my nails both green. I tried to stop her but she start yelling "hang on" and cured them before I could get her to stop. The manager came over and asked me what the problem was and I explained to her what I wanted and she had the lady change the color. The lady look at me to see if I was paying attention and paint on top of the mistake. I tried to say something about it but I was then ignored. At this point I don't want to be here anymore. The manager takes over and does the dots and she didn't want to see the picture either she just proceeded to do it. She asked if it was okay but I want to leave so I agreed. When I got up to the counter to pay it was $65 when it's listed $55. I asked why and they said it was because of the dots. I said do I get anything off since ITS MY BIRTHDAY?
