When to this place today, it was recommended to by family. Took 3 other girls with me to get our toes done. My lady was very nice and did a great job until it got to the polish. I wanted two colors, pink on one foot and green on the other. Then pink dots on the green and green dots on the pink. I had a picture and I was trying to show the lady but she wouldn't look at it and proceeded to paint my nails both green. I tried to stop her but she start yelling "hang on" and cured them before I could get her to stop. The manager came over and asked me what the problem was and I explained to her what I wanted and she had the lady change the color. The lady look at me to see if I was paying attention and paint on top of the mistake. I tried to say something about it but I was then ignored. At this point I don't want to be here anymore. The manager takes over and does the dots and she didn't want to see the picture either she just proceeded to do it. She asked if it was okay but I want to leave so I agreed. When I got up to the counter to pay it was $65 when it's listed $55. I asked why and they said it was because of the dots. I said do I get anything off since ITS MY BIRTHDAY? Went for the first time and didn't have an appointment; they were pretty busy but my wait was not long. I needed a wax for my face and when she took me back she went over everything and it was a great experience. Very clean place. The only thing that I'm not used to is using the same "tongue presser" on my face then dipping it back in. I'm used to having the tech use a new one each dip, but every place is different! My tech actually rushed through my service because another customer walked in 50 minutes before closing -- instead of finishing mine properly, they skipped multiple steps and hurried me out. When I reached out with photo evidence, the salon agreed to refund me but never once apologized. i just got out of this nail salon and the service was poor the lady doing my nails rushed me the entire time and when i asked her if i could cure my nails one more time before she wiped them, for literally 15 seconds longer she took the lamp away and refused to let me cure my nails and gave me a dirty look so i left with sticky and undone nails. i will not be coming back to this place with the poor service and rude customer service. not to mention she was on and off of her phone texting the entire 30 mins i was in there read more

I drive 30 minutes each way to get my nails done here. It's super clean, staff are very friendly and every nail tech I've experienced has done an excellent job. I also really enjoy the selection of pedicure services they have - there are so many to choose from. The free Coke products is also a nice perk. read more

I had previously been in for dipped nails. The job was just okay, but I love the color options they have so I tried again. This was the most painful experience I have ever had in a nail salon. The gentleman gripped and twisted my hands so hard that I was hurting when I left. None of my nails are the same shape. Some are longer, some are shorter. He filed more of my fingers than my nails which doesn't count the times he got my cuticles. I had to stop him several times because he had my finger in the clippers when he was trimming them. It's been three days and because one was such an odd shape it has already broken. My nail jobs usually last at least three weeks not three days. There were only four people in that day. Three for manicure and one for a pedicure. The three of us getting manicure were sitting side by side. One of the young ladies beside me had been there three hours. They couldn't get her nails right. She finally had them take them off and left. After listening to her argue with them, I just let them finish mine and got out even though I was disappointed. read more

Worst nail salon ever! I requested the top dollar pedicure. What I received was a 1 min foot soak in cold water, a paraffin wax with towels so hot it burned, and zero dry skin exfoliated from my soles and no massage because the guy said his thumb was too sore. I stoped the service in progress and asked to speak to the manager who said the poor service was my fault because I have a handicap knee. Then they all were speaking in their language so I couldn't understand what they were sayin. I paid well over $50 dollars for this awlful pedi with poor service and will never go back!
