This was my first experience with acupuncture, and it was great. I made an appointment with Elizabeth because I've had shoulder pain (result of poor posture at a desk job and Crossfit) that I haven't been able to shake. Elizabeth took time to ask questions and understand the problem and then suggested a combination of cupping and acupuncture. The day after my first session, my shoulder felt much better - I got full range of motion back, and didn't need to rely on Advil to get through the day. It's gotten progressively better over three sessions. I appreciated as well that Elizabeth was patient with my questions and helped me to understand what she was doing. Highly recommended! read more
