When I asked for clarification, I was told I wasn't registered, despite having completed everything and being told I was checked in. I also received conflicting information regarding my insurance and reimbursement, and when I asked to speak with a manager, I felt like I was being given the runaround. I also had concerns about private information being discussed across the reception area where others could potentially hear. The most frustrating part is that i left without any information about the reimbursement just a paper and card. The female behind the counter put it down that i was only there for ten minutes. My pharmacy information was also incorrect. I hope management addresses this situation and reviews how patients are being checked in and treated. There was no professionalism and I hope no other colored person has to experience what I did. I wasn't able to get her name but it was the woman who worked behind the front desk today. All the nurses and especially the doctor were very kind and helpful. I really appreciate thoes who helped and listened.

So my elbow that was X Rayed here and cleared by their radiologist was in fact FRACTURED, so now I have a piece of bone floating on my ulna nerve and have to go have a nerve test done before they can remove the piece of bone. So now I live in pain still until I can get into have the nerve test done and who knows how much longer after that until it gets removed. Today validated why I gave such a bad review and why I will NEVER step foot in a Convenient MD ever again and I'll make sure the word gets out to the best of my ability about the crap care this place gives.

My wife, a registered nurse, complained of some seemingly unmotivated staff but never said anything was unprofessional or remotely dangerous. And the facility, I imagine, isn't the Taj Mahal of surgery centers but I would recommend this facility to anybody based on my experience.

They sent refill to pharmacy but they didn't tell me it needed a prior authorization. When I called last week, they said they had sent it. Today they admitted they did not send it and that they are so back logged that it takes 6-8 weeks for them to submit prior authorizations for routine refill requests. This is a crazy unacceptable detail, and to make it worse they never told me of the delay. When I asked for a phone number to the leadership team, the PA was done within an hour. Previously I had to call / send portal message 4 times for a refill and was then told they were back up and I should call every time I need a refill instead of using the refill line or portal refill. Why can't they hire adequate staff?

When I had a concern recently I made an appointment and was seen without delay, which is a plus. Even if a problem is not life threatening it eases anxiety to be seen quickly and I was. This time the office staff was polite enough, but not very welcoming. Dr Harre was not as attentive as she had been in the past. I felt like my concern was not taken seriously. She prescribed an ointment which I had filled but which had no effect. I was not told to return if there was no improvement, which there wasn't. I went to another doctor who did a biopsy. In the end, my concern turned out not to be a serious matter but treating it with an ointment was pointless. My two experiences, many years apart, were like night and day with this office. If I ever need another dermatology visit I will have to look elsewhere.
