This is a truly exceptional place…read more I tore my MCL four months back, and as a runner, it completely destroyed me and my whole life. I felt like I had no hope. I was walking home from the bus station one day and saw this place. I figured, why not call? What's to lose? They immediately were so kind, took my insurance, helped me. My PT, Dahne, is absolutely incredible. She has helped me go from barely being able to walk, to being able to climb Katahdin and run seven miles. She has listened to my goals and helped me achieve them- and it's hard work, but she pushes me and teaches me about how strong our bodies can be. I have never met another person that has inspired me so much in my fitness journey. I am so, so grateful for her. I'm still healing- MCL still gets spicy- and I'm so glad I have Dahne to help me. Being a chubby girl with an injury is embarrassing. But I never feel judged here. I cannot recommend enough.

Everyone from Sunny the patient care coordinator who is so quick to respond to any question to my amazing PT Liz to the other staff and patients, they're all kind, patient and use the most insanely cool high tech equipment. Seriously I felt like they could have rebuilt Steve Austin the six million dollar man, they definitely have the technology... :) I also love that you can check in when you arrive with your phone, very cool.

My interview with the nurse was quick, efficient, and easy. The x-ray tech was there pronto, was pleasant and fun, and very quickly did the x-rays. Immediately thereafter the doctor came in with his fellow, was direct but easy and right to the point. "What can we do to help you today?" After a thorough and consultative exam, an explanation to me about what he thought was going on, a resolution was forthcoming immediately. Directly thereafter the nurse was back, efficiently showed me the exercises I needed to do, and sent me to check out. Check out was immediate and pleasant, and I was in the elevator before I knew what hit me. I know I've used the word immediate repeatedly in this review, however it must be pointed out that my opinion is this not a word associated with your average doctor visit. Particularly not when you're in your patient which I was in this circumstance. I was in and out in one hour which is incredible for new patient visit. AND they were nice about it!

I was unsure of what the exact cause of the pain was, but with my prior diagnosis my PCP believed I needed a specialist to help me. Just one appointment with dr Buxton left me in tears he belittled me and compared the X-rays of my spine to his previous patient. A little girl with a spine 3 times as curved as mine (hippa??) but also extremely discouraging as one size does not fit all. I never got a diagnosis, I never got a follow up, I quite frankly didn't received care at all. You know what I did get... a very large bill for his "services". One I will refuse to pay him. I stopped receiving care, I stopped looking. I felt hopeless. He was one of my last hopes and one of the very first things he said to me was "why are you even here. You should have seen sports medicine if you don't even know what's going on" ... but that's why I was there. He let down a patient that day, and did not uphold his oath to "do no harm" because that day he left me with a large amount of physical, mental, and financial harm. Here I am nearly 4 years later, and I actually stepped into a career where I work alongside a plethora of well respectable surgeons who have made up for the horrible impression he left me with. And Guess who has a diagnosis (caught by my orthopedic surgeon) EHLERS DANLOS- hypermobility; a connective tissue disorder... One in which a neuro/spine surgeon shouldn't think he BENEATH him to diagnose. Do better.
