We did not sit outside honking -- we quietly unloaded and waited. The car alarm going off belonged to another business nearby. I personally decorated the cupcakes and cthat I brought myself, with permission from staff. We never touched any of their food or equipment. The conversations between parents were personal and respectful -- any claim otherwise is completely false. Instead of reaching out to clarify or make a quick phone call, the owner chose to review surveillance and send an accusatory message filled with misinformation. It felt like an invasion of privacy and showed very poor judgment. All ten families who attended have agreed we won't be returning -- and we'll be sharing this experience so other parents know what to expect. It's unfortunate, because the children enjoyed themselves, but the lack of professionalism from the owner completely overshadowed the event. Also we are not invited to return per the Owner, Angela!
