Came to this location for a birthday party. It was clean and had friendly staff. Kids a had a load of fun. It's was grand.

My almost two year old daughter loves Kids Empire. It's clean, the staff is super friendly and they have a dedicated space for littles. She's even interested in some of the bigger kid areas and loves to explore. We purchased a play card and I love that you play until you win, which always brings a smile to her face. We signed up for the unlimited summer pass and will definitely get our use out of it, in this hot summer heat. My only suggestion would be for staff to routinely monitor the toddler area and step in as needed. There are signs that say "only for children still in diapers" but some 7-10 year olds were there almost knocking littles over. read more

A very different experience than the usual trampoline parks they have in the area. It's basically a huge jungle gym fully padded with mazes going up, down and all around for kids AND their parents (I was shocked I was able to fit through all the climbing holes my toddler was going in and out of). We enjoyed going down some of the slides together and climbing/crawling through the maze of padded fun. My son also asked me if he could play one of their claw machines. It's easy enough to buy one of their cards where you can load up tokens to play some of the game as well as ride some of the motorcycles and cars that are also in the play area. They offer food here for kiddos and there's even a smaller play area for babies. *tip: no non-slip socks, just regular socks since you don't want to get stuck in the middle of one of the slides (I typically always have my son in grippy non-slip socks when I take him to indoor playgrounds like this, was surprised they required regular socks). Pricing is decent as they let you return for the day if you want (but who are we kidding, what parent actually has that kind of time?). Parking lot is in a pretty busy shopping plaza. And playing with your kids in the playground itself can be quite dangerous as some kids can be quite rambunctious so just be cautious especially if you have much younger ones. read more

I came with my daughter on a Saturday in April for a birthday party for a boy turning 5. I can say we had a lot of fun! Great place for a party, there was a decent amount of variety for the kids to run around and play on - as an adult I could participate in all the areas with relative ease! Some of the spaces were narrow, so not all adults would fit. We loved the slides the best! For the birthday it looks like you could have food through the venue, however the party we attended they brought in food from the outside. It was fun when the dragon came out and danced with the kids in the castle. Overall, it was a great place for a younger child's birthday party. I'm not sure if I would have loved just dropping in because with 2-3 birthday parties on a weekend it would be really crowded. I would definitely return! It was clean and the staff was helpful! Since I didn't have to pay (because of the party) I'm not sure about the $$ of the experience from my own pocket! read more

My toddler loves this place, and so do I. They keep everything VERY clean, which is a nice change compared to other indoor play places around town. There's so much to do that we can easily spend the whole afternoon here. It's great that it's built big enough for adults to climb through and explore with the kids, we always have a blast. Loved this place! My toddler fell in love with the ball pit but the whole toddler area was nice and big. They also have a huge big kids area but we were mainly in the dancing room or in the toddler area. Surprised it was very clean and well maintained. There was only one young man as the staff there but it was nearly dead inside when I got there around 11am. Kids are not allowed to run in the playground area, go else where if you have active kids. We came the visit relatives and we were a large party, 4 small children under 5 and 5 adults. The kids were ecstatic to experience the indoor playground. As we were filling out the waivers the kiddos were running around in the lobby, we were advised by the staff that running was not allowed. We understood and advised the kids to settle down until we were in the playground area. To our surprise, the front attendant told us running was not permitted even in the playground area. How can a playground area not allow children to run? This is what the business model caters to, children having fun and running should be apart of it. We did not even finish filling out the waivers and decided to leave the establishment. Chucky Cheese was down the street and went there instead. read more

We had the best time at Kids Empire! I took my 3 yr old, and she had an absolute blast. The place is super clean I was so impressed! There was so much for her to do! Slides,climbing, exploring--she didn't stop moving the whole time. It wasn't crowded at all, which made it even better (and way less stressful for me!). Amir was incredibly kind and helpful, he made us feel really welcome. Socks are required past the turf entrance, they do provide them for $3 a pair if needed. Bins/ tote bags are provided to carry your belongings and shoes in which can also be placed in one of their cubby's or lockers. We'll definitely be coming back. We love Kid's Empire! Last Thursday was our first time visiting this location and it went very well. The gal at the front, Marissa, was very kind and courteous. The indoor playground was basically the same as every other location we have been to and quite clean. We love the area with jumbo Legos and the really tall slides! We chose to celebrate my son's birthday at Kid's Empire. We paid for the birthday package with meal option that included pizza and cake. Chase and Brooklyn were our hosts. They helped us decorate the night before and the morning of the party. They were very helpful and we were well taken care of throughout the party. I decided to do my own decorations and everything worked out perfectly because of all of their help! The party started on time at 10:30am. Pizza came on time an hour into the party. We were pleasantly surprised that they ordered from Venezia. It was really good! After pizza, Huggy the dragon came out and had a little dance party with the kids and then the cake came out and we sang happy birthday! We started cleanup about a half hour before the end of the 3 hour block and were pretty much out by 1:30pm. Everything was pretty much picture perfect! The kids loved climbing all over and going down all of the slides! It was a very low stress and easy day! This place is great for kiddos! I have an 11 month old and a 5 year old, and there's things to do for both of them! I love the baby area which is specifically for babies/toddlers who are still in diapers. They have a ball pit and little climbing area with slides. My daughter is able to crawl around and get her socialization time out of the house, and she's also able to explore and practice different skills. The big jungle gym for the older kids is really big with a lot of different levels and things to try. There is also other stuff like claw machines, Photo Booth and a dance party room. What I like about this place is that every child gets 2 free adults per entry. So me and my husband can both go in to accompany the kids, but we don't have to pay extra. I appreciate this because some indoor playgrounds expect the adults to pay even if they aren't playing. My daughter also gets in free. I feel like this location is super clean, especially the bathrooms which I feel is hard to come across nowadays. The day pass also allows you entry all day with come and go privileges. We played, went to lunch and the came back for a couple hours. Very worth the money read more

Absolutely unacceptable experience at Kids Empire Chandler. First, a random kid slapped my baby. Yes, slapped her, and staff said the child would be removed. But the manager just gave "a warning" and let him continue playing. So much for enforcing your own safety policies. Why even bother telling parents one thing if you're not going to follow through? Then, staff gave us the wrong game card (without the wristband that's supposed to come with it), even after we asked clearly. When I went back to get it fixed, I got the complete runaround. One employee said they couldn't transfer the funds. Another said they could. Then the manager got involved, lost the card we had already loaded, and told me again they "couldn't transfer it." So I was told to pay again for a new one, even though the whole issue started because of their mistake. This place is disorganized, careless, and dismissive, especially when it comes to safety and customer service. Staff contradict each other, and the manager is no help at all. What should've been a fun family outing ended up being stressful, chaotic, and infuriating. Kids Empire corporate needs to take a serious look at how this location is being run. I will not be returning, and I'll be warning other parents. read more

Everything is nice and clean. We went on New year's eve so it wasn't too crowded. The play coarse is reasonably appropriate for children 3 and up. There's a disco with kids pop music. So adorable. There is a baby section that is not as fun as the main play coarse . There's no real food served. Mainly snacks. We bought peanut butter and jelly encrustables that were still frozen. I would still bring children her because it a great way for kids to have indoor physical fun. read more

I don't understand why they need a newborns information the baby won't be playing it's really no need for their personal information other parks don't recommend new borns information this specific location is very rude I won't be coming back if I can help it I'll be going to the San tan location or future parties or reservations certain rules are unnecessary that other locations don't implement if your require to remove shoes you should provide free socks for adults!! Don't come to the Chandler location if you want to wear your shoes in the dinning area with chairs and wearing socks in the restroom is disgusting!! i wasn't playing why should I have to take my shoes off. Such great welcoming staff for new comers! We saw the place and got the money saving punch card right away! We stayed happy, entertained and cool for four whole hours. Very clean and new! Perfect for big kids and babes. My two year old loved purple slide and ball pit. The only thing I would change would be being allowed to take in food. We take advantage of the punch card, which I think offers the best value. This is the only indoor venue I know of that allows you to leave and return. I took my two kids here for a play date. This location is smaller compared to the one at Santan Village Mall. My son fell on his face on the pink slide--it's too steep for kids. I also saw other children fall while I was watching my own. I wouldn't come back to this Kid's Empire because it seems easy for accidents to happen, although the service was good. read more
