This is a very cute princess tea party experience. I just attended my granddaughter's birthday celebration here this past weekend with her favorite princess currently Elsa. The kids that attended all loved getting their hair done and makeup, they had story time, sing along and even a few games. If you're a parent planning a party -- think twice before booking with The Pink Teapot and with owner Angela Codd. Who likes to "refer to footage" but not actually with the facts. Our experience was extremely disappointing. After what was a fun party for the kids, I received a harsh email accusing our group of things that simply did not happen. We did not sit outside honking -- we quietly unloaded and waited. The car alarm going off belonged to another business nearby. I personally decorated the cupcakes and cthat I brought myself, with permission from staff. We never touched any of their food or equipment. The conversations between parents were personal and respectful -- any claim otherwise is completely false. Instead of reaching out to clarify or make a quick phone call, the owner chose to review surveillance and send an accusatory message filled with misinformation. It felt like an invasion of privacy and showed very poor judgment. All ten families who attended have agreed we won't be returning -- and we'll be sharing this experience so other parents know what to expect. It's unfortunate, because the children enjoyed themselves, but the lack of professionalism from the owner completely overshadowed the event. Also we are not invited to return per the Owner, Angela! This was an absolutely *magical* experience for my daughter! I signed my daughter up for summer camp here with Cinderella and Belle (there were a bunch of other weeks with other princesses as well). The camp was 3 days and lasted a few hours. The princesses did crafts, story time, and even makeovers for the girls the last day! My daughter had so much fun having dance parties and making glitter slime. The princesses were wonderful and always in character -- we would love to see more events like this! Let me start by saying, this was easily the best money I have ever spent on a birthday party! My 6 year old was SO starstruck when Anna and Elsa greeted her at the beginning of her party! We drove a little over an hour from the way west valley and every single guest said they would do it again in a heartbeat. The staff were professional and kind. The venue was well appointed and so absolutely adorable! The princesses were in character the entire time, and the party went smoothly and the desserts were PHENOMENAL! The Pink Teapot did it again! My daughter attended The Princess Ball at Ashley Castle yesterday and had a magical time. The place was decked out in beautiful balloon arrangements, tasty treats and all the princesses were there. The Pink Teapot princesses always exceed my expectations with their interacting with the kids. Had a 7 year old girl's party here. Lovely Elsa character and party host. Sweet girls. Delicious and beautiful cake. I think the booking and communication is in need of attention. They only allow communication via email and at that you don't always get a response. A few issues from party.....wrong cake flavor (not a big deal unless the child was super picky....mine was not), and no tiaras or wands for the guests. I didn't bring party bags based on the website stating this was a gift for all attendees, but they had a delayed order and didn't tell me. So the kids each got a plastic ring. Kind of embarrassing as I would have brought goodie bags, but not the end of the world. Some of the furniture is pretty tattered. Ripped chair coverings. At the end of the day, this little one had a lovely day because she is 7 and is easy to please. I am not sure it is worth the money ($504 for 2 hours - Elsa put make up on girls, played a game, read a story, served tea and sandwiches, served cake, helped open gifts and sang a lovely song). 20% gratuity was auto added, which was fine, but I wasn't sure who that went to so I ended up tipping a little to the host and Elsa the day of. Had my daughter's 6th birthday princess tea party with Cinderella last weekend, the girls had such a great time! Cinderella was the kindest and sweetest host. The girls enjoyed getting makeovers, taking photos, playing games, and having "tea" and finger sandwiches while Cinderella read them a story. We brought our own appetizers in for the adults, the parent room isn't huge but there was plenty of seating around the main room. The cake was beautiful! This is a cute place and they do a great job. I have no complaints regarding their princesses or their parties. My complaint is that it's not a nut free facility. So many kids have nut allergies. How hard would it be to make this a nut free place? The answer is it wouldn't. The owner doesn't even try to find alternatives. There are so many on the market now days. My daughter went to a birthday party here and had an allergic reaction to their sandwiches. A strawberry and cream cheese sandwich. It must have been due to cross contamination. They are prepared on the same surface as their hazelnut and peanut butter sandwiches. It's my fault for allowing her to eat it since I didn't see it prepared. They were told of nut allergies beforehand though. They literally serve the "nut free" sandwich on a fancy platter by a princess. Which makes you think all is safe! I assumed they would be more sensitive to cross contamination. The easy fix is to find alternatives like chocolate soy butter or cinnamon soy butter among other options. Taking away all nuts completely to eliminate this from happening. To me that's a simple fix. They also need to better inform their customers they are not but free. Having one simple sign on the door is easy to miss. I also didn't hire them out so there was a lack of communication as we were guests of the birthday girl. The owner was made aware after the fact but basically told me oh well. Don't let your kid eat our food. They were less than apologetic and didn't take any responsibility. The least they could have done was try to educate the staff making the sandwiches on food safety. So a more severe reaction doesn't happen to another child at another event. Thankfully I was there when it happened. What would they have done if I wasn't? read more

We just had my daughters 4th birthday here. The party far exceeding everything I had dreamed of. We set it up so that Cinderella would suprise all of the girls and boy were they surprised! Great communication from Angela throughout the time leading up to the party. Our hostess at the party was wonderful and had everything taken care of. Cinderella did my daughters hair and make up along with all of her guests makeup. The girls loved it! A story was read, while tea and sandwiches were passed around. The Pink Teapot hosted my daughter's 4th birthday party and we were beyond impressed! I worked with Angela and she made the whole planning process easy and stress free. Considering everything that is included, the rate is a bargain! The pink teapot covered everything- gorgeous venue, food, drink, cake, entertainment, Princess makeover, games, a "helper" (who provided me with a list of who gave which gift, making thank you cards a breeze). The only thing I did was send out invites and provide party favors to the guests. It's hard to keep a group of 3-4 year olds entertained for 2 hrs but they managed to do it without any issues. My daughter chose Princess Elena of Avalor and she was amazing; so patient with all of the kids, beautiful singing voice, and stayed in character the entire time. Most importantly, The Pink Teapot really made my daughter feel like a Princess on her special day! We will definitely be returning for their upcoming events and highly recommend The Pink Teapot! read more

I recently attended a party at the Pink Teapot with my granddaughter. I was surprised to see that it closely resembled a place called Mrs. Potts Tea Party, where we had previously held and taken my daughter for birthday parties when she was a child. The Pink Teapot even had similar princesses in costumes, just like Mrs. Potts Tea Party. I remember my daughter saying that Mrs. Potts Tea Party was like going to Disneyland and she would talk about it for weeks. The Pink Teapot (TPT) is topnotch! My daughter was having an enchanted forest party for her fourth birthday and we thought, what better way to make it extra special than to have a few Disney princesses join us. I reached out to TPT and they were fast and oh so sweet to work with. On the day of her party, Anna and Elsa were on time and it felt like they jump off the movie screen into our home. They did makeup, read a story, played a game and of course, sang their hit songs. None of the activities felt rushed and they kept the kiddos entertained and in awe the whole time. There has been times we have seen characters out at events and thought, oh they look good... these princesses really looked the part and I can't wait for another event to host so that we can have them back. for the boring, but important notes... It was so organized and there was something going on for the kiddos for two full hours. The Pink Teapot is amazing! I took my 3 year old daughter there for their grand opening tea party. Not only was the place beautiful and clean, but they were very organized and over the top friendly. Every kid there got to spend one-on-one time with each princess. When each of the princesses would sing, I would get chills. They were great and you could really tell that they loved being there and loved what they do.
