I used this company years ago and left a glowing review ..... what a difference a few years make…read more I guess the business was bought out by a bounce house company (which is fine), but my problem is that they have not updated their website. I just drove all the way to their location on Encanto. The location is basically a warehouse with no showroom, and was tricky to find. I was ready to order tables, chairs, dishes, glasses, flatware, tablecloths for a party, only to find that they don't offer most of that stuff anymore.....even though it is all still advertised as available on their website. I just wasted a few hours and now need to start looking for a new company from scratch. Disappointing.

The people that own this business apparently own Arizona Bounce Around. Here is my experience with…read morethem. I wouldn't touch this place with any serious event that you have. Use A-Z Rents they know how to do Parties. If you are a school or PTO, DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! It is a bait and switch operation. I can see why this is a 1 star operation. The only reason they get one star is that their equipment is great and their person they sent to set it up and stay was amazing. Other than that. Their contract is draconian and they don't stand behind their quote. I signed a contract for a date that was during their "peak season". They were very aware of the dates I was holding the event. When I went to pay the contract that I had already signed for one price they told me, "Oh well you are holding your event in "peak season" and it is 25% more. I said to them that they were aware of the date of my event and that they should have estimated it for their "peak season" (They kept repeating this word as if I had never booked a hotel room during "peak season"). I had another estimate for practically the same price and chose this group as it appeared initially that they were the more professional. Boy was I wrong. I was over a barrel and had to pay for the item at the price they requested as this was an event for over 200 people and I had a week until it was going to occur. They were unavailable to discuss the problem, when I did discuss the problem they treated me like I was unreasonable in asking them to stand behind their original quote. The event almost had to be cancelled due to weather and wind. (It was an outdoor movie). I was informed at that time that I would be charged, weather or not. I could reschedule but if I cancelled I was on the hook for the entire cost. It was almost like they were happy about it. This was a school event 5 weeks before the end of the school year. No possibility of changing the date during their "peak season". I wonder what they would have said, "OK, lets do it next year." I'm sure they would have said, ok but that will be 25% more as it will be peak season and prices will be higher next year. What a sucky place. BTW, if you do care about your reviews I'm signing an agreement for over $2000 in bouncy. houses on Monday. Not with your company.

I especially appreciate working with Epi -- he's incredibly easy to work with and played a huge role in making our large-scale event for thousands of students a success with minimal issues. Highly recommend!

We received and accepted a quote for renting a cotton candy machine. Our goal was to surprise…read moreabout 140 students after a math competition today. On 5/4, AZ Bounce Pro sent an email to confirm with us the quote price and verify that we want to rent the products. On 5/5, we confirmed the quote was acceptable and stated we would like it delivered today, 5/7. A purchase order for the amount requested was provided as proof of payment and acceptance of the offer. When the delivery time passed, we called AZ Bounce Pro to check the delivery status and were informed that there was an error on their side. They confirmed that all information to proceed was received from us however, it did not get processed and entered on their end. We explained we can move around things on our side and have it delivered tomorrow, 5/8. Later in the day, the company sent a revised quote asking for more money (approximately doubling the delivery fee). When asked about it, the response was that we can change the price at any time before signing the official contract. We were also informed that when the quote was entered last week, the system generated the delivery quote; however, when they moved it from a quote to an invoice, the delivery fee changed. The manager stated she has reviewed the issue and errors with upper management, and they agree that no signed contract was received, so the new price will remain. Management was advised that the error was on their side (as they previously confirmed themselves), and they had already failed to deliver the goods/services agreed upon in writing (email), now they want to increase the price just because they can. After pointing out, calmly, I might add, no voices were raised by either party, an agreement is considered legally binding when the following qualifications are met (see below), the manager told me if I want to rent it, request and sign the contract for the new amount. I offered to wait while she took the below information back to management to review again or Google details if needed. She repeated the comment about the contract and then hung up on me. "A purchase quote is an offer to sell goods/services at a specific price...It is not a contract until it's accepted by the potential buyer. Elements of a binding contract: 1) A clear quote is provided with an offer outlined. 2) The buyer must accept the offer. 3) Both parties must be over the age of 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. 4) The agreement must not be illegal or violate public policies. Essentially, a quote is not the final agreement however, it becomes a legally binding agreement when it is accepted by the other party and the terms above have been met."
