They were incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right clothing. Their recommendations were thoughtful, their patience was remarkable, and they made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. It is rare these days to encounter customer service of this caliber. Antonia and Yana demonstrated professionalism, enthusiasm, and a sincere desire to help customers. They did not simply assist us--they elevated the entire shopping experience. Management should be very proud to have associates like them representing the store. However, I suspect the person who claims the manager isn't there might actually be the manager. The level of service is shockingly poor, something I've never experienced elsewhere. The salespeople are poorly trained, with zero knowledge about the products or how to interact with customers. The customer service is truly disgraceful and shameful.
