The woman that was there, I don't know her name because she never introduced herself, kept coming out of her therapy room to answer phones and deal with the every day running of things. While this did not directly impact my experience, it did speak to the experiences other's have spoken of on here. My masseuse was very kind and gave a wonderful massage. He was still polite and very accommodating even with the woman's insistent nagging about another client waiting for him, which in turn made me feel like she was rushing me to get out. Maybe allowing a 10-15 minute window so that no one feels like they were made to wait or rushed out, would be great. This also allows the therapist a moment to breath and ready their space for the next client. The massage was wonderful and I will definitely be going back. I have been looking for a new masseuse ever since my last one moved out of state. Larry was awesome! Hire more like him and your business will have no choice but to flourish!
