The employee said that because we were within the 24 hour cancellation policy that they had to charge us for the full massage. I explained to her that we were very sick and she said well do you know two people that can take your place. No we did not. So my problems is that would you rather have customers come in sick or let them reschedule? There should be an exception somewhere. Now they made 400.00 by not doing anything. My friend was using Groupon for the service and was treated awfully at the end. A staff member brought another staff member out to coerce them into a tip LARGER than 20% after my friend was already putting their card down to tip 20%. They made us feel like we weren't paying for the service even though it was fully paid for! I honestly felt afraid that they would threaten to call the police. I later found out that they pulled down my friend's pants during the standard massage service? I still have questions about that! If you anyone sees this business on Groupon, do NOT buy. They do not respect Groupon customers
