The Mango Halo-Halo was refreshing, loaded with toppings, and perfect for a warm Texas day. Not pictured was the Ube Oreo Cookie, which was equally delicious and a great treat to take on the go. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was relaxed. We love finding places that offer Filipino-inspired desserts, and Scoop N Buns definitely delivered. We got the Pandan halohalo & mango halohalo to try. Since it was at a festival, the price was more expensive and it was $12 each. Both of the halo halo were refreshing and the ice cream were so good. My favorite topping was the flan, it was so creamy and paired so well with the shaved ice, but I wish they give you more flan though.
