At my first visit with Dr. Nate, he pulled up all of my x-rays and MRI reports while we talked. The first few adjustments we not easy but I always moved better after them. I went from 2 times a week to now I go once a month for maintenance. I can't remember how long it has been since I have had a spasm. The office is run with compassionate care. I put my back out on the way to the airport in Florida. Dr. Nate was adjusting me within a half hour after the plane landing. Another time I was stuck in traffic. This office messed up my billing so badly! Sent my billing to the wrong insurance company which…read moretook 3-4 months to let me know, then finally received a bill 6 months after my appointments, gave them my Flexplan card to bill it and they couldn't get it to go thru, had just enough on there to cover it, and the reason it wouldn't go thru is that they tacked on a $5.00 late fee, which they didn't tell me about, which would be why it wouldn't go thru as there was not enough on the card as it was near year end. Called, left message in early Jan, 2047 to let them know what their issues were and to NOT charge it on my 2017 Flexplan card and just received a phone call that they did. Along with poor billing capabilities, they don't listen to what you request. Will NOT go back!!!
