Perusing their website, I really enjoyed the fact they don't offer *just* Teleflora arrangements, which just get boring after a while. TFSOP offers a myriad of unique arrangements and vases! Because I feel the designer/florist is the professional, I went with "Florist choice" for both occasions. I placed the orders by phone and each instance, the lady who helped me was very kind and attentive. Florist choice comes in 5 price points. I went with the (my words not theirs) "medium" option, which is ~$85.00, and delivery for both occasions which was $10.00. Both arrangements were lovely!!!!! They were fragrant, elegant, and unique and lasted far beyond the flowers I have ordered from my "usual" florist. They were delivered when promised and come with a cute hand written note with a "Hello Beautiful" sticker enclosing the envelope. Lots of appreciated attention to detail with TFSOP! I uploaded photos of the arrangements. I highly recommend TFSOP! My only suggestion to them is to include an email delivery notification. I really enjoy receiving those indicating the recipient received the arrangement vice me having to call/text the recipient to ask them. It would be really great if you implemented this feature. I noticed the fresh flowers looked sad, white had brown spots and droopy but thought no more about it as I had other things on my mind. Some of the green plants had brown leaves. Wednesday morning to my surprise the fresh flowers looked more dead than alive. I called Bishop's Flowers and reported the wilted flowers. I emailed a few pictures and an employee said $30 would be refunded to my friend since the flowers were wilted. I am glad she was given a refund. For the amount of money spent the flowers should last at least a week!!! Losing a father is sad and receiving a floral order with wilted flowers isn't right to me. If you order from Bishop's, please tell them to make sure fresh flowers are fresh. You are paying for fresh.
