Any email you send them goes unanswered and they never call you to inform you what is going on. You must call them and talk to their HR woman who can't answer any questions and didn't know what a perc test was for. They came to dig for the perc test in mid April 2025 and it was July 2nd before anyone came to look at the huge pit in our yard. They said they county would take about 6 weeks, but it took 10 weeks and I 100% believe it's because they didn't apply for the county to come out in an orderly fashion. I called multiple times for an update in that 10 weeks and the HR woman told me she "couldn't give me an update because she didn't know where I lived" .... in which I suggested I give her my address. When I gave her my address SHE asked ME what step of the process we were at... like they had no information on file about us. After the perc test on July 2nd, they didn't come out to start until mid September 2025. To their credit, they put the system in in about 2 days, so we felt really encouraged we were finally almost done. Then had to wait an extra 2 weeks with our yard completely torn up because their electrician couldn't come out because they didn't contact him in time. We ended up getting our own electrician to speed up the process. After they finished, the left our yard with the access pipes sticking 4-6 inches out of the ground after they said it would only be a quarter of an inch. I even included my shoe in a picture to let you see how far out of the ground these pipes are sticking, it's ridiculous and a hazard. The ground is completely uneven, they didn't even try to grade it and there are so many rocks that growing grass is pretty much impossible. Even if we were able to grow grass, mowing would be dangerous as rocks would be flying everywhere. We started this project in April 2025 and they finished early October 2025 right in time for the rain and frost so growing is impossible anyways. Seriously, run away from this company. We have had multiple people come over and ask us what happened to our yard. Friends who had other companies redo their septic system were appalled they treated us this way. This company does not care about you.

He was a charming professional, great young man, that knew exactly what to do. His boss said we could have the job for the $1,500. IF we could pay it all right now, we could only scrape together $1000. (weekend, bank closed and all we had available) so now have to pay the additional (total $925). in a couple weeks after we get paid. There are no discounts for seniors, veterans, first responders etc. they do not do credit checks, nor do they make payment arrangements to ease burden for low income, wanting immediate large payments only. Mason was a wonderful employee, knew his stuff, honest young man and we would be happy to have him come out again if we had any issues.

Since this is a rental house and we go through a property management company, we were not able to set foot on property while they were working. They tilted the fence back up in the one section that it was falling over, and other than that they did nothing. They left a big pile of trash for us to remove, and not to mention, THE GATE OF THE FENCE WONT EVEN SHUT NOW! I am so floored by the fact that we paid over $3000 to have two sections of a fence fixed, and because of the poor repair job, the fence now doesn't even shut. I really don't like giving small businesses poor ratings, but this was one of the worst jobs I have seen. ProFleet, you need to take better care of your customers.

update: Pro Plumb never filed permits for my job, as the city, as well as the minor label…read moredepartment have no record, and there is no permit minor label on the unit itself. Their negligence almost cost my family our lives. I will be filing a complaint with the CCB and the Better Business Bureau as well as the Oregon State Minor Label BCD. second update: pro plumb installed plastic concentric venting on a unit that requires metal concentric venting. They also cut the venting improperly. This is what caused the carbon monoxide. I had to have a second company come and completely redo their install, venting, gas lines, and replace the damaged unit which they installed. They still have not refunded me and continue to make up lies about me. ** installed a damaged unit, put my family at risk of carbon monoxide, left me without hot water for over a week ** They installed a rinnai tankless water heater less than six months ago. I repeatedly smelled gas and carbon monoxide and had issues with the water heater not putting out heat properly, and now it has started shaking violently. They said to call northwest natural. Northwest natural red tagged the unit for carbon monoxide leakage. 5 days later, Pro plumb came out to look at the unit, I was advised by pro plumb and by rinnai to contact a rinnai certified plumber to inspect the device. Jennifer told me the warranty would be long and that I would not have hot water, and that if i purchase another unit that they would install it for free. By now I have not had hot water for 6 days. The rinnai certified installer said that the gas line pro plumb was 1/2" instead of the required 3/4", the exhaust on the unit did not have an exhaust port, it only had an elbow which was causing carbon monoxide to enter the house. He also noticed that it was damaged and didn't look like a new unit. By now I have not had hot water for 8 days. When I contacted Jennifer at pro plumb she said the other plumber was just badmouthing them, and is very upset and angry with me that I would insinuate that there is a problem with their install, and insisted there was no damage on the hot water heater. When I asked her how the unit would be damaged on the rear of the unit facing the wall, she said she did not want to argue with me. She eventually hung up on me. I don't know when I will get hot water again, or when Pro Plumb will come out to fix the install.

Unfortunately, the end result is pretty rough due to a choice in materials that ultimately comes down to saving himself about 50 bucks by choosing very low-grade plywood instead of a higher-grade smooth version. (They didn't use finish nails either) Lesson learned to supply my own materials, but it seems he could have communicated the options to me, especially after I supplied some of the other materials that were supposed to be included in the quote. The job was done quickly and I can fix it but I wouldn't hire this contractor to do any finish work.
