The Courtyard at Titusville was such a great stay!!…read more Came down to visit the Kennedy Space Center for work, and stayed 3 nights . This hotel is only about 7 minutes across the bridge from KSC. ROOMS: So spacious and clean! Very updated! I had a view of the water so wvery morning I could see the sun beating off the water and the room was super bright! They have sustainable toiletries that smelled amazing. The rooms also came with binoculars and cute little Astronaut starlight that you could take home for a fee! PARKING: Free parking and plenty of it on site FOOD: They have the Space Bar which we enjoyed! Located on the roof of the hotel, it's so beautiful in the evening! They have a full service bar and great food selection. You can reserve a section that has jumbo games and photo worthy backgrounds. The view alone is amazing and you can also see shuttles launch from here! We missed one by a day!! Food was so good, great portions and the creme brulee was LOVE! They also have a bar in the lobby entrance of the hotel where you can order food (try the fries!) alongside a Starbucks grab and go! I'm unsure if there is room service available though. HOTEL: As a whole, this hotel was SUPER unique with Astronaut and space details everywhere. Loved the life like Astronaut in the lobby! They also have this robot that will being linens to your room! There is a screen that you can draw on with your finger, which would be so fun for kids. Pool, beautiful patio, gym, and the service was also wonderful. Will be back!!!

The checkin was easy and quick. There were fresh baked cookies. Our room was clean and adequate. I was worried about noise from the highway but it was fine. As someone who travels regionally for work on a weekly basis, I typically wait to book a hotel…read moreuntil I'm winding down my day and know where I'll be starting again the next morning. I almost always choose Marriott first, with Hilton brands as my second option. That said, I booked the Fairfield Inn Titusville Kennedy Space Center simply based on location--it was close to where I needed to be the next day and part of a hotel brand I've long trusted. When I pulled into the property, I noticed it was situated right off the highway among several other roadside options like Days Inn and other economy-tier stops. I was tired, but it was a Fairfield, and I expected it would meet my basic needs: a clean place to finish up work, hop on a conference call, and get a good night's rest. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I've come to expect from Marriott. Like I always do, I pulled back the sheets to check the cleanliness of the bed--something I've done habitually for years--and this time, I wasn't so lucky. When I lifted the fitted sheet, I found bugs. Horrified, I packed up immediately and called Bonvoy support, explaining the situation and requesting a refund. I also made it clear I didn't want to be double billed as I was leaving the hotel due to unsanitary conditions. Disappointingly, the Bonvoy representative apologized but informed me there was "nothing she could do" and that I had to handle it locally with the hotel. For someone who has been loyal to Marriott for years and is supposed to be a "valued" Bonvoy member, that response was incredibly disheartening. It felt like my loyalty didn't matter once an issue arose. It's easy to offer service when things go right, but it's how a brand manages the tough moments that truly defines customer experience--and Bonvoy completely missed the mark. Fortunately, the gentleman working the front desk at the Fairfield Inn was gracious, understanding, and clearly embarrassed. He handled the situation with professionalism and care. He immediately reversed the charge on my corporate card and even offered to help find me another hotel. While I had already secured a new room elsewhere, I thanked him sincerely--his response was exactly what I had hoped for from Marriott corporate. It's a shame he had to carry the weight of a failure that wasn't his alone. There were also some red flags I brushed off upon arrival that, in hindsight, were telling. For instance, the elevator call button didn't work. If you needed to use the elevator from the lobby, you had to notify the front desk so they could go into the control room and send it manually. From your room, you had to call down to have it summoned. While I personally don't mind stairs, I can recognize how inconvenient this would be for a guest with luggage or accessibility needs. In the end, while the front desk associate salvaged what could've been a total disaster, my confidence in the Marriott brand has taken a real hit. I expect better--not just from the rooms, but from the organization as a whole when it comes to supporting their customers in difficult moments.

A couple arrived at 5am screaming. Walking down the hall screaming "hello!" and complaining that there was no one at the front desk. Jay had stepped away for a moment to make breakfast. Apparently this couple had flight delays and since they never showed up or called, their room was canceled. A stressful situation but should not be yelling at the person trying to help! Jay was calm and kept a smile on his face while he helped them to get a room booked. They were very rude and loud for 5am in a place where people are sleeping. He kept his voice calm and got them to a room. In addition all morning Jay has been going back and forth between desk and breakfast and washing dishes. He is working his tail off!

Let me first say that I do believe Hampton Inn and Fairfield Inn are the best hotels in Titusville…read more I used to live in Titusville so I stay here when I come back home for a few days. Checking in was great. The front desk worker was very cordial and really nice. Unfortunately my stay here at the Hampton Inn was a little disappointing. I had a 3rd floor room (315). As I walked into my room the temperature was set at 74 degrees and had a musty smell to it. Not moldy, but a little stuffy. I had to keep the AC at "68" to keep the room somewhat tolerable. Even at 68 degrees it didn't cool down the room enough and felt as if the room was around 76 degrees. It seemed like the air was blowing straight down. So the area in front of the A/C unit was cold, but the room was not. The bed sheets did have a small stain on them. One last negative thing was that the hallways were very hot. One positive was that it seemed like the restrooms had been updated. I had a standing shower, which was great. The shower pressure wasn't good, but that's expected. My real rating would be a 2.5, but I rounded up because my only complaint was the A/C.

Then in earlyish November, I realized two launch windows were scheduled for Friday night 11/14, so I started looking at our hotel options. After some research, I decided on Hyatt Place Titusville for their Launch Viewing Room & I-95 access. The day of check-in, before we'd left Tampa, I called the hotel to ask about the availability of an east-facing hotel room. Grace was able to accommodate my request, and assigned us a room on the 5th floor near the elevator. This room also had a window that opened a few inches so we could HEAR the crackle, rumble & roar of each launch! The first launch of the night was on schedule, around 10:45pm. I peeked in the Launch Viewing Room a few minutes before lift-off but found a huge crowd so I went back to our room & opened the window. The view from our room was fantastic! And the sound was also incredible! The second launch ended up going much later, around 1:45am, so being able to watch that one from our hotel room was priceless. I literally sat up to watch from the end of my bed & then crawled back up to my pillows to go back to sleep. I loved the space art throughout this hotel! The lobby, hallways, and even our room's bathroom, had art that reflected the area's history in space exploration. I want to return JUST to see the pieces I may have missed! As we checked out, I had the chance to thank Grace for her spectacular room assignment. She even offered us water bottles to-go, which I greatly appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here & will definitely return!

Is it the brand or the town? Regardless, Kate and our server one night, Destiny, were great and at the end of the trip I had to extend for about a day and Megan at the front desk was extremely helpful in making that happen. Was so much easier doing that at the front desk than online. Breakfast was pretty good and better than most Holiday Inn Express' that I've been to. Also all the wait staff at breakfast were amazing and extremely cheerful as well. Loved staying here and will definitely choose this hotel again when staying in Titusville in the future.

We were given a free appetizer in the attached restaurant and were promised IHG points, which we havent received yet. The next day, we asked for an upgraded room, and were given keys to an identical room. However, everything was remedied. Devin, who checked us in, was a trooper, and worked with us to get things right. There were a few problems, but Devin kept a winning attitude, and I would trust her with my next check ins, should we return to this location. The lobby was one of the nicest we've seen in a Holiday Inn. The rooms were quiet, the bed comfortable, the shower pressure was good and the mini refrigerator kept our drinks cold. The breakfast buffet in the attached restaurant was very good, Kudos to Dave for keeping the items fresh and delicious. Katie, Julie and Tara were great hosts, even though I observed them receiving very little appreciation. We visited the buffet every day of our stay. Too bad there wasn't a launch during our stay, because our room window faced Cape Canaveral.

Where do I start?…read more Ours was a free (paid with points) one- night stay in a king room. Check-in was easy, and the desk clerk was very nice. The office is at the front of the property, in front of an independent restaurant in the same building. Motel rooms are in other buildings towards the back of the property. If you're in a first floor room you can park very near to your room. The breakfast room is adjacent to the pool and in yet another building. Our room was in the back of the last building. When we arrived at our room, we were surprised to see people sitting out back in indoor furniture and someone with a BBQ grill and charcoal. Later, we saw a group farther back from the building actively cooking. We could smell the smoke in our room. Our room was OK in that it was clean. The bed was comfortable. Fortunately, there was no carpet. We did hear noise from an adjoining room and from the room above, but it didn't last long. The faucet handles made creaky sounds when turned. There was a stall shower with a curtain, and plenty of hot water. The great BW Argan oil shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel were in dispensers. The motel is located some distance inland from downtown Titusville. It's within easy waking distance of Waffle House and a few other places to eat. Breakfast was ok... pretty much the usual BW fare, with the addition of biscuits and gravy... which were pretty good. No, we wouldn't stay there again... but it worked out OK for our situation at the time.
