Beautiful property with easy beach access. Close to area attractions , shopping and many dining options. Every condo on property is a 2 BR 2 bath with a fully equipped kitchen, large balcony and washer/dryer. Room was very clean , beds were kind of hard not the most comfortable. Great water pressure in the showers (always a thing I look for when traveling). Mostly pros with this place but cons are - the smell inside the main lobby made me nauseous. They had these air fresheners on the walls pumping out a vanilla smelling scent that was overbearing and made me sick. The room had a chemical type Oder but I bring my own Lysol spray everywhere which took care of that smell. The bar was closed the entire time , not sure why. There were close enough bars surrounding the property. Overall I would stay here again for the value. read more

We stayed for 1 week - During August 2024. Upon checking in initially, we were disappointed due to no ocean side rooms being available despite requesting one from the beginning with our reservations. Otherwise , the hotel is aging. It was once top-notch - I am quite sure. Now, for the high price their charging it's definitely NOT worth the cost. Yes, all of the amenities are there. However, it's still showing visible signs of aging. It was quite a busy week to visit #CocoaBeach #Florida. We had never yet been to the East coast of Florida, yet we usually go to the Gulf coast, and we are spoiled by the clear-ish see thru water on the Gulf coast as well. Here, the waters are definitely NOT clear, nor is it really a swimming location. It's highly known for surfing ‍ and we didn't come to Florida to surf this year. The current is rocky and ruff. There's a high amount of sea weed floating all over the ocean from June 1 - 11 2024. No matter where you try to swim, you'll get entangled within the seaweed. We drove to Daytona Beach which is northeast of Cocoa Beach, by about 70 miles. There, the beaches were cleaned daily by the city & well maintained vs. Cocoa Beach, Florida, the beach sand was full of dead seaweed that wreaked of death literally. It was gross. Every morning, you'll see in my photos we'd wake up super early to find the beaches full of washed up seaweed & no one or no agency was cleaning it off nor removing it. This was the worst part. We ended up leaving 3 days early from our 7 day vacation to drive 200-250 miles to the Gulf Coast over to Clearwater, Florida. Regardless, we had to pay full price at hotels on the Gulf Coast side for 3 extra nights by leaving early as we had already paid in full to stay in Cocoa Beach for 1 solid week. We could not stand having a dirty, stinky beach with filthy violent waves crashing us into the broken shells on Cocoa Beach. We tried all of their parks and even the walkway. It did not get any better while on the East coast. We will never be back to visit this resort & I do not recommend the current going prices. It's way too expensive for the quality. Management was sorta in disarray. Might have been due to training not very polite workers. The maintenance man was kind otherwise no comment. read more

This is a must stay resort on Cocoa Beach. First let me add it's not huge and it's outside is dated but it it wins points with Cleanliness and Things to Do! Also the staff was very friendly staff! Modern rooms for the most part. Room was super clean and spacious. Loved the full kitchen and beautiful balcony view. Resort had Movie Theater which played older movies and planned activities with a children's play area inside. Resort was on the beach. Jacuzzi, Pickleball, & basketball courts are Nice. Love the inside of Resort. It is very nice with a Mexican restaurant on property. Plus the rooms have 2 full bathrooms!!! This is a great resort once you get past the outside which is very dated. Will definitely book again and I'm glad I choose this resort!! read more

This was my first time at this resort and for the most part I have good things to say, the rooms were comfortable and clean. My only complaints are that the game room isn't always fully running, there game machines are often out of order as well as their coin to token exchange machine which made it difficult to acquire tokens to play. I've probably lost $2 worth of tokens to the machines as sometimes i'd insert count and they wouldn't start up. Also it was hard acquiring a volleyball for the pool we had to go out of our way to purchase one in order to play pool volley, which is what i recommended to be done if your interested in ball time at the pool. read more

OMG, the music at the pool. Every single day. Sooooo loud and why? The pool has typically between thirty and fifty people in it. All for them? What about the rest of us trying to read on the balconies? Take a nap? - after all, it's vacation!! Went out one night to see a space launch. Stopped at the desk to ask a question and the desk clerk (we apparently interrupted his book) was not a people person. Acted like our questions were stupid. Bed linens are cheap; mattress needs upgrade. Other than that, the condo was very clean, had nice decor, and was nicely stocked. But the music!!! Why??? Is this what people want? Like? read more

Good location to hit Kennedy space center and the theme park parks if you don't mind driving an hour. Decent gym, nice game room, and friendly staff. So we stayed here from Friday until Monday. My reservation was made on the website. Beware! I reserved the penthouse. The hotel called me and asked if I wanted to change rooms each day. Um? No! They said their system does that to everyone. Sounds like they should fix the system. The rooms are very spacious. The showers are great. The view is amazing. To get clean towels you have to attend towel exchange, very odd. I just washed ours in the washer in the room. They are trying very hard to follow cdc guidelines for covid. The hot tub is nice but the ADA tamp was locked and there was no one who knew how to access the lock. The hot tub is up a lot of stairs. The king size bed was horrible. When my wife and I first bought into this place it was very nice, now were going to be selling our 2 weeks. The accommodations and the services have drastically gone down hill. My husband and I are long-term owners of this resort. It used to be managed well by a company called Vacation Resorts International. Recently, the resort changed the management company to Capital Vacations. The new company is unprofessional and doesn't know what it's doing. We rented out a full week of our timeshare in April 2023 and to date have not been paid. They owe us $1200 plus. Capital Vacations and the Resort are pointing blame at each other. In the meantime, we have spent a tremendous amount of time following up with both the resort and Capital Vacations, with no results. On top of the declining service, the resort continues to increase its annual HOA fee. Do not purchase timeshare from RCB. And if you are an owner wanting to have them rent your timeshare for you, save yourself grief. Rent it yourself or have relatives or friends use your week. read more

Five Star Timeshare Resort & All-Suite Hotel. Very clean and totally up to date in every way. Fabulous 2-bedroom apartments, fully furnished kitchen and rooms. Washer and Dryer in the unit. Three flat-panel TVs with many HD channels. The kitchen had everything you could want, including paper towels and detergent for the washer and dryer. The pool is amazing. The hot tub is great. The movie theatre has movies plus other events such as a magician. There are daily activities for people of ages. There is an on-site restaurant just off the lobby, and several restaurants within walking distance. Another big upside is the Publix grocery store less than 4 blocks away. The is, by far, among the nicest places I've ever stayed in my 60+ years of travel. read more

2014 marks our 6th bi-annual stay at the Resort on Cocoa, and we have a wonderful stay each time. You can read my other posts from other years, but essentially, we have a great time each time. Notes from 2014: 1. Updated rooms: new furniture, new marble countertops, new flooring. With each visit comes good updates; they are indeed working to keep it fresh and current. Kudos. 2. Room location observations: This was our first stay in a room situated behind the elevator shaft, and you don't want to stay here. We were in room #10 of the given floor; two other rooms, 14 and 15, suffer the same fate of a) elevator foot traffic, b) maid's service using closets and the service elevator, right outside of your bedrooms, and c) now front view out of your room except for a stucco wall and janitor's closets. These rooms are basically in the armpit of the building. Lesson learned. 3. Amenities: are still the same as before, but that's good. Game room for kids has a new climbing tower, kids activities, and an arcade. Fitness room is still good, with working equipment; pool, hot tub, tennis courts and basketball courts all still are status quo. Movie theater provided some entertainment during a rainy Monday. There is added security to the back of the building, which is reassuring. 4. Staff: Helpful, responsive, and polite. Still, with our group of 17, there were 9 kids, and the older ones were told by a security guard to be quiet in the pool at 9 due to a noise complaint...yet the pool is open until 10:30...and they weren't that loud. Also, they were hawked by another security guard at various times. Seems like this place is trying to straddle the line between family-friendly and geriatric fussy. First time I had felt this tension. But, as always, the Resort on Cocoa delivered, and well. It is always a great week here, and it's reassuring that we can come down here and know that we will have a very pleasant stay! read more

This is a great place to stay. It's right on the ocean with a large pool area. There are tennis courts, basketball courts, a game room, an exercise room, and more! However, it's also very relaxing to just sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. Staff is very helpful and efficient. read more

We have had corner uniit a penthouse unit and double balcony unit. All are 2 bedrooms sleep 6 . Full kitchen and dishwasher. A super hot tub and a great indoor play area for the kids. We came in June to visit Disney World & Kennedy Space Center, we chose The Resort on Cocoa Beach because of all the amenities but knew it would be a step down from The Polynesian Resort in Disney World. Overall The Resort on Cocoa Beach is low budget, we gave it 3 starts because it's just not a five star or four star resort. It was the best option in the area though we thought but not high end - which is more our taste. Overcrowded pool in the day, we thought it needed more policing of deck chairs, also needed more shade, 2 of the larger umbrellas were not functional. They had late pool hours, which was awesome, kids loved the night swims! (and was not busy at night) Shower heads were pitiful, outdated, hard for short kids to shower. Reminds me of paid showers at campgrounds, they need modernized/updated. We would love to return to the area just to see how it develops w/Blue Origin & SpaceX in the area they will bring high wage jobs & some new development will happen there in Cocoa Beach. Overall we had an amazing 2wk trip, but will not return to Cocoa Beach anytime soon, the loss of NASA their really took a toll. Noise a bit of a problem at the resort, parties next door, we had to call front desk & this happened twice. Management, please try to put families nextdoor to each other, not young partiers playing heavy base hip hop. You can hear balcony chairs sliding & sliding glass doors opening and closing. Plus my youngest 6yr old kid tripped over the lip design on the sliding glass door, which is clearly labeled w/caution sign - but kids aren't quick to read signs. Lots of older folks, adults & kids, Families, our girls had no problem making pool friends! TV's in every room a plus! But the picture was old plasma, horrible when rainy & the guide/remote is not modern so you can't scroll fast through the channels to see what's playing. We bought a Roku device to watch shows w/out commercials, and internet was super slow but not their fault - all the guests using streaming devices makes the internet lag. Azteca was cool, but the food was a bit overly salty, but we are from TX where the TexMex is the best. All the folks working at the resort are wonderful and helpful as well as Floridians in general! The whole family loved the beach, wind, and waves of the east coast - we will surely return. read more

I do not recommend buying a timeshare here they promise you so many things but as soon as you pay them they treat you like garbage they say they treat you like family but they don't they say u can add on days fora fee but the number goes up as soon as you meet the front desk and they promise you ocean front but I'll geta side room where u can even see it they will say their full that their short staffed so it will take anywhere from 12-4 get get your room switched and you get kicked out your old room at 10am so then you'll have to figure out how to store all your stuff and keep it safe so no one steals it and if u have food that u bought from the store u might aswell just throw it away cuz it will be ruined just over all horrible service horrible time here we're owners and they do t throw u a bone at all also they say it's a first come first serve and to call or show up at front desk at 8 to get ona list and we do ina till 8am and we're the 10th person on the list and we're told their short staffed and the sales reps who sold u the time share are all busy and you have to make an appointment with them it's all a crock a shit and bs THEY JUST DON'T CARE ABOUT US CUSTOMERS read more

Do NOT buy a timeshare here or from this organization! We spent $19K about 8 years ago and they have yet to be able to accommodate us when we try to get a reservation. They always say that there are no "timeshare" spaces open for our week. But they are happy to let us spend $300+ per night to stay in a room I've already paid for! Never once have I called and been satisfied after I hung up the phone. These people are con-men! (Or con-women in our case). Yes, it has been listed for sale and rent to offset the costs. No, nobody has EVER called or shown any interest in the property. Or,if they have, the resort keeps the $ through one of their hundreds of loopholes. Bottom line: once you sign the line, they treat you like crap. read more

I have more to add to my original review since I just spent a week at the resort. I am an owner. As an owner, I encountered many problems this year at the resort leaving me and my husband frustrated we were owners. As in the years past, they have an area near the front desk, kind of like a hut. This is where you exchange towels, bedding, get your soaps, paper towels, toilet papers etc. This hut is only open 8 or 9a to 5p. We had left around 7am for an day to spend boating. We returned after 5pm. We sent our son to get papertowels and toliet paper. The hut was closed so he asked the front desk. The lady there had the nerve to tell him to go and buy it from the store. Of course when my husband found this out, he immediately called the front desk going off. They sent someone from quality control to bring us the items. Next day, we take the sheets from the sofa bed to the hut to get them exchanged for new sheets since there is another guest coming to stay that night with us. My husband was immediately met with hostility from a hispanic male about the sheets. Of course, my husband doesnt take crap from anyone so he went off and eventually got his sheets. He then requested to speak to the manager, Sandy. He said she was nice. She apparently knew about the sheet incident before he got to her. She explained a private company owns the hut and they do not have the key to get anything out so they keep very little at the desk. Im not sure how a private company is cost effective for the owners of the resort when the resort could hire people to manage the hut. They need to extend the hours for those who do take day trips. They used to have beach toys to use, not the case anymore so I had to bring beach toys over. Several out of towners left toys and boogie boards by the trash or just gave them to people with families. The maintance men are friendly and when they check on the pool area, they often chat with the guests. The childrens play area use to have a ball pit. They took out the balls I think due to the unsanitary nature of those balls. They had to clean them out several times in the last years due to a child going to the bathroom on them. The kids used to love the ball pit. And the last complaint we have....you can pre check in at 10am. Husband was there first in line. He requested a certain room. He saw these people check out of the room before 10am. They said he may have to wait until 4p to get in the room. Does this make sense. Hubby hung around the pool checking on the room occassionally to see if the maids were there. They cleared the room around 230pm. Why they didnt clean this room first thing is beyond me. Someones waiting and they are cleaning other rooms people did not specifically request! So, they are supposed to let him know when the room is ready. They do not! He inquires around 3p and they are like, yeah, rooms ready. There is obviously no communication between the staff and housekeeping! Hubby and I are definitely trading in and trying Ron Johns next summer. We are over this place for awhile. read more

Some friends have a timeshare at The Resort on Cocoa Beach and invited us up for a few days. The resort is nicely appointed with a lagoon shaped pool, waterfall and a newly remodeled splash pad. There are plenty of lounge chairs scattered about and multiple tables with umbrellas. There is also a pool side restaurant/bar (no wait service though-boo!) and a Mexican restaurant inside the resort. I like that the resort offers other activities besides beach and pool. They have a movie theater, basketball, tennis courts, shuffleboard, spa, hot tub, pool-side bingo, an indoor play area for kids and children's activities. This is definitely a family friendly environment but there were groups of adults enjoying the pool too. The lobby is inviting with a large rock fountain and waterfall in the center. The rooms are pretty basic, not fancy but with plenty of room to spread out. It would be nice if the resort offered towels poolside (like hotels in Vegas) or beach toys for the kids to use while there. The staff I dealt with were very friendly and parking was a breeze. The beach is a short walk out of the back of the resort with a wooden boardwalk and fresh water showers nearby. read more

This is a very nice resort. The rooms have been recently renovated and they did a very nice job. The rooms have never looked better. Unfortunately the exterior is in desperate need of painting. The pool had this really gross black waxy build up on the tiles just above the water line. Nasty. The mexican restaurant food used to be much better and the place is in need of a serious renovation. The staff here is somewhat friendly but not very helpful. We have been coming here for years. While some things have improved some have gotten worse. read more

Our family stayed here last year & again this year, and we love this resort! Big rooms/condos with everything we needed to have a fantastic vacation! All services, from check-in to the room cleaning to the facility staff are so friendly & accommodating. Clay, at the beach rental shed, is amazing! He makes sure everyone is taken care of! There are plenty of family oriented activities, here at the resort, as well as throughout Cocoa Beach. We are already planning on coming back next year, yet we haven't left this year's vacation!! read more

We spent the week between Christmas and New Years and we're thrilled until we looked out our 'ocean front" balcony with ocean front prices. I requested a high floor, but got the 2nd floor. Absolutely no view of the ocean only trees. I went back to the desk and was told it was 'ocean front" because it faced the ocean. Finally, after 3 nights the had a room open up on the 3rd floor. Loved the amenities and accommodations, so when leaving asked how to make sure we did not get the 2nd floor again. They don't take requests,except for the penthouse which I was told since I booked through their on-line website I could have had for what I paid, by the front desk no less. Also, there is no smoking on the balconies but right below the balconies is a smoking area for the resort AND the restaurant. So, even though we loved the resort will not return! read more

I purchased a timeshare here a few years ago while staying at Ron Jon. The place is pretty cool - Nice rooms, nice pool, and nice ocean view. Rooms large - 2 bedrooms (king on Master two full size in second) full kitchen large living and dining. Nice balcony overlooking the Atlantic and close to everything Cocoa Beach has to offer. The pool is cool - Live band on weekends - Tiki bar that has strange hours - Vollyball all day in the pool - they don't complain about bringing your own drinks to the pool - a lot of kids! The have a Mexican restaurant on site which is ok. Book early! they sell out fast. read more

Third time coming here for my in-laws bi-annual family reunion. There have been some improvements since we last stayed, one of the good things about this chain is they are always re-modeling/redecorating/revamping, and it's appreciated. Note to some who may not understand, these are not actual hotels so don't expect hotel service (ex: a reviewer below me said nobody has collected their trash, you're supposed to take your own trash to the trash chutes) and there is no daily room service, there are designated cleaning days (about 1 a week) and really the only thing they do is change out the towels. The units are like really nice two bedroom two bathroom apartments. I'm not sure if they're all laid out like that or if they have other room styles, but we've always had the one I described. They recently enforced a no smoking policy on the balconies, which is annoying but understandable. The lobby never has enough luggage carts on Saturdays/Sundays, and people are rude enough that they don't bother taking the time to return the carts to the main lobby when they are done and will leave them outside. The bathrooms are well stocked, there were 2 extra rolls of toilet paper which was wonderful when dealing with food poisoning from Azteca II. Wi-Fi is VERY limited and very spotty, so if you rely on technology to keep the kids out of your skin then come prepared for that. Download music/movies, update apps, etc before you arrive as a preparation. One of our party brought their Fire Stick (formerly Chromecast) and it worked pretty great so maybe invest in that. The resort has a nice, but shallow, pool with a hot tub and kids play area. The tiki bar is a disaster and they should focus future renovations on that, the poor people working that bar have very limited resources. They could make a ton of money off a nice, well run/stocked bar but they are missing a great opportunity. Food ordered has to be carried up from downstairs but is very quick. Azteca II, the restaurant inside, is better off shedding the "Mexican food" cloak and going with standard fare food. There is negative authenticity to the food, it's so subpar that it's almost scary (don't order anything with shrimp, they are TEENY TINY and almost always undercooked). I feel like normal bar food can be excused for being sub par, but not a specialty restaurant. **I noticed quite a bit of recent reviews complaining about the staff, we spend very little time at the pool when we go, so I can't fully speak to that, but we did lay out on our last day and were definitely harassed by the "bracelet guards". They need to hire a lifeguard that doubles as a bracelet monitor and leave the regular resort staff out of it, the guy that was doing it was clearly untrained and was openly stalking people, just walking around slowly and checking the same people about 6-8 times each. It made us very uncomfortable, and we left quickly. I never once noticed the staff at the pool the past 6 years I've been tagging along on this trip so that's new and needs to be improved, because clearly it's an issue, but this next paragraph should serve as a warning to others on the lack of staff training: ******When we arrived, our vault was not working. Halfway through the trip, it stopped working again and we had to get maintainance. They arrived quickly, but what throughly pissed my husband off was when the guy got it to open, he actually opened it up and looked inside of it himself. All he had to do was stand back, and maybe let us see that the door could open. Looking inside is a big HELL NO and invasion of privacy, so clearly they need to do some training with their staff about that. There were things in there like money and jewelry that we didn't want anyone seeing or knowing about. Sounds like basic paranoia, right? Well, twice while we were out, staff members were leaving our rooms without us knowing they were in there. As I mentioned, they don't clean regularly so it was weird. They said they had been sent to fix a blender, we literally had JUST used it right before leaving so that wasn't reported by us and could have been a weak excuse for being in our rooms. So now we have staff members who know what was in our vault and were in our room afterward unannounced, twice. Very unsettling. read more

This is a nice enough place. Heated pool and hot tub are nice. The problem is the rules and the employees that seem to be on a power trip to enforce them. You cannot have a drink (alcoholic or non) within 4 feet a pool edge. You cannot take one of their chairs and put it over the line in the splash pad area (they actually made a pregnant women who was with a small toddler) move her chair back a few feet. Gates everywhere so access to amenities is only accessible by the few ways. The worst however is the activities area. The idea is nice, fun family and poolside activities available during the day. The problem is they are really cheap. We spent two hours walking around the resort taking pictures for the digital scavenger hunt and the prize (after they checked that we had all pictures and they were in order) was an oriental trading company cheap toy or two temporary tattoos. The water balloon toss was one small prize for the winner. Come on you can give resort promo items (Frisbees, reusable shopping bags, etc.) to everyone that participates. These are kids for goodness sake. The director was very rude when asked about this; "We have a limited budget." Not likely so stay here again because a vacation should be fun, I should not have to worry about getting in trouble for a small thing. Family of four (kids 5 & 8). read more

My vacation at this resort in Aug 2014 was pretty nice as far as accomodations are concerned. I don't really have anything bad to say about it, except for the following warning to future travelers/renters: Beware of the timeshare company on the first floor, who will try to lure you into a horrible, lifelong (for you and your heirs) trap of maintenance fees for the promise of cheap RCI vacations and a $200 check. I almost fell for it, but was lucky to cancel within the 10-day Florida timeshare cancellation period. The sales pitch is high pressure and they will pretty much tell you anything to get you to pay a sum at least 2-3 times higher than you would if you just tried to rent it for the retail rate for the next 20 years. You have to sign then and there, there is no additional consideration period. Maybe some of it makes sense if everything they tell you is true and you have weeks and weeks to vacation and tons of money that you care nothing about. But looking at timeshare/RCI complaint sites makes it appear that availability and quality of the promised resorts are always a big question mark, and none of it makes sense from a numbers standpoint when the RCI component is removed. If you go on the timeshare resale sites, you can find at least 30-40 ads to resale by obviously extremely eager sellers for this resort. Of course, the resort is very enticing and it is easy to get wrapped up in the moment thinking that you want to assure that you can come back. Forget that feeling and know that there will ALWAYS be something for rent here at pretty much the same rate if not less, especially in the off-season (summer) which is actually on-season for me. If you go as far as to sign but then want to cancel, be sure to send them their stupid cups and marketing materials back. That cost me $50 out of my returned down payment, as apparently they recover the costs of that crap and the cheap, non-alcoholic champaigne they pop the cork off when you sign. And by the way, they will never give you even the slightest indication that you legally have 10 days to cancel. Hopefully you'll read this and know. So much for giving me $200 for my time. Recently stayed here for a couple nights prior to our Caribbean cruise. In researching this property, I saw the good reviews, so I booked a suite for my family. Check in was quick and painless. Our room was a nicely appointed two bedroom, two bath suite with a full kitchen which included all utensils, pans, glasses etc. The second bath was wheelchair accessible, which was fine, except it was stark white with stainless fixtures and looked very "institutional" with virtually no decorations, except for one lone, small painting. It was apparent that this was an older hotel that was refurbished, not necessarily a bad thing but it did show. Like the obvious multiple coats of paint in certain areas and where the front door had numerous security locks replaced. The holes in the jamb and door were filled in and painted, but still very visible. Very poor repair job. Our first night we went to the in-house restaurant "Azteca Two" around 8:30 PM., ordered a light dinner and waited and waited. We were the only customers in there. Nearly 45 minutes later, our dinners finally arrived. I had three beef enchiladas, they were nothing special, just ground beef wrapped in corn tortillas covered in red sauce. We get ready for bed and find out there is no top blanket on our bed, just a sheet and light blanket, not really a big deal, since it was about 85 degrees outside. The following day we went out to the Kennedy Space Center, when we returned, we found that our room was not cleaned, trash was not emptied and our wet towels were not exchanged. There were only four of us, so we didn't generate a lot of trash, but for the price we're paying, we expect some sort of daily service. Our first morning we discover there is no in house (or on property) restaurant for breakfast, we had to drive to the local IHOP. The second morning we went next door to the Hilton and had their wonderful breakfast buffet. Because of the room not being cleaned and the lack of any other restaurant on the property, if/when we return to Cocoa Beach, we won't be staying here. read more

By far the most disappointing vacation spot I've been to. I had my hopes set high for the place. But I've found that the only upside to staying here are the nice rooms, decent internet, and short walk to the beach. The pool and hot tub seemingly haven't been cleaned in months. Staff is hard to be found majority of the time. And best of all, I had the pleasure of waking up to the sounds of obnoxious construction above our room every single morning at 7-8am. I've never actually looked forward to going back home like I do staying at this resort. read more

I would not recommend this resort, we were placed on the second floor in front of the gate access to the beach and all you could hear was the gate slamming shut any time someone would go to the beach or come back from the beach. The mattress on the king size bed was so hard it felt like I was trying to sleep on concrete. I say try because I was not able to get much sleep. I went to the front desk and ask if there was any thing they could do to help and they said they would have housekeeping put a eggshell on the bed for us, and even though I saw her call someone the eggshell was never but on the bed! Later that evening when the eggshell was not on the bed I went to the front desk again and was told they were out of eggshell but housekeeping had placed some kind of padding on the bed which was a blatant LIE. The from desk staff very unhelpfully and really didn't care if needed anything. I have been to this resort in years past and is going down hill fast! read more

We were here on a timeshare exchange and had a two bedroom unit with an ocean view balcony. The apartment was roomy and well-furnished. Great free internet, washer and dryer, and just about everything you would need for comfort. The resort is right on the beach, and also has a wonderful pool area with frequent live musical entertainment. The resort has its own theater, with 3 to 4 different movies every day, And none of them repeating during the week. They have a midweek magic and comedy show for the adults and kids. Water aerobics at the pool, Taco night Tuesday, and lots of other activities. All in all, this was one of the best exchanges we ever made! read more
