The waitress was so cheery and accommodating to seat me closest to the window facing west. I appreciate her opening the blinds too. Even the cook staff, wait staff and visitors were stunned as much as me over the gorgeous sunset. YOLO, now for the food and service. As mentioned before, the waitress seemed genuinely excited to be helpful. She could not have done anything better. I splurged a bit more than usual on myself and went with the dinner Basil Chimichurri NY Sirloin Strip. So glad I did!!!! So glad to custom my order with the waitresses input. The side salad was very good. Then the sauteed asparagus was delightful. Instead of ordering the curious Cactus Blossom as an appetizer, I took her advice and ordered a smaller portion as one of my sides. The steak arrived just as I ordered it. Perfection and delicious. I didn't mind trimming the fat as it was necessary for flavor during the cooking. Too bad the small hill of trimmed fat equaled 1/4 of the whole steak. The AC unit made some weird sounds but we were tired enough we all fell asleep ok. They offer a complimentary breakfast which makes it super easy and quick with the kids. They had the usual offerings- fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, juice, coffee, eggs, sausage, croissant breakfast sandwiches, bagels, toast, pastries and waffles. We only stopped in for one drink, and we stayed for two because the vibe was on fire. We love the jukebox we love being able to have a fast pass.
