The AC unit made some weird sounds but we were tired enough we all fell asleep ok. They offer a complimentary breakfast which makes it super easy and quick with the kids. They had the usual offerings- fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, juice, coffee, eggs, sausage, croissant breakfast sandwiches, bagels, toast, pastries and waffles. But the aftermath of it; constant messages that our dog was "loud" and barking. We came back to calm her down and sing the pet policy and pay the charge. Well we did that and went to the Grand Canyon. We then get texted that the dog is loud and that someone even called the cops. They even kicked us out. And then try to add charges on top of charges. Like if the manager Veronica went on a personal hiatus. Well, this is a very first. We asked a few neighbors about the dog, and they said that they never heard anything. This Veronica lady needs a husband and kids. And fun. Someone take her out please. For the sake of all humans and pets. Thank you. I went down to the front desk three different times they were gone. There was a line waiting for them. I had also traveled 18 hours driving that Day. All I wanted to do was get a hot shower eat some dinner and go to sleep. The music did not stop. I tried to call the phone was broken. I finally went down fourth time and the manager came oh she said Yep that music is definitely too loud by this time I am in tears just needing rest! . She went next-door use the key. The latch was on she screamed in to get his said he's a regular he's super nice how does that help my situation? he had headphones on why on earth you have headphones on and music playing so loud it was so obnoxious! this took two hoirs to get situated .... after driving h hours to get home I had clusters of otchy red bumps I couldn't see it cause it was in the middle of my back ! They rich like crazy only to find out they are bites, I've tried to call the hotel to let them know to check room 132 for insects or bed bugs, fleas and they kept hanging up on me. I'm so frustrated, so the only thing I have left to do is tell you choose a different hotel. It's eight days later and I'm still dealing with bedbug bites. This was a horrible experience and I should've at least had my room comped for everything I went through at this point it's worth my sanity just to drop don't stay at La Quinta.

Like I really want to do that expensive, dirty train again. I rather drive. So don't take a train unless your desperate. They are late, so what... you are forced to take ano6trsin trip to make up for there tardiness. What this world coming too.

Asking over and over "What service does that dog provide you". She was in tears. He rudely told her to go get on. Then the guy that was supposed to help her get on wouldn't even help or look at us. These folks could use some training in compassion for the elderly. I'll never take her to that station again. I'll drive further and put her on where they may show respect for elders. They made me sick to my stomach how in humane they were.

It was poorly maintained--we actually saw a dirty bandage at the bottom, along with sediment from the pool floor, which appears to be eroding. Not surprisingly, we didn't see a single guest using it during our stay. It's a fine spot if you just need a quick place to sleep for one night, but for a longer stay, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. She stocked wines not usually found in the local stores that were really bargains. The current owners have made further improvements, but continue to offer a fine selection of wines. With the renovation of Beale Street (Old Town Kingman), the crowds of First Friday have discovered the Wine Bar. Note that live music starts around 7pm. It gets a louder with the music, but the table within the stacks is quieter as are the patio seats. They offer a number of wines by the glass, a wide selection of bottled beers (and often one special draft provided by Black Bridge Brewery), or select a bottle from the stacks and add a minor corkage fee to cover the glasses. If you don't finish the bottle, re-cork it to go. Summer brings out the red or white sangria. Winter offers the mulled wine or other warm classics. Several local restaurants deliver to your table (e.g. Siren's & Floyd's), but check with your server for others. You can rent the facility on closed days for special events or parties.
