The key cards constantly malfunctioned, and it sometimes took me 2-3 minutes just to get into my room. Would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. This isn't a blemish on the IHG Holiday Inn express as others that I have stayed in were very nice. This one should be shut down for remodeling and updating the technology. Edit: I forgot to mention the breakfast. It was a choice between water eggs, bricks...I mean biscuits and flour paste...I mean sausage gravy and gray mystery meat...I mean sausage links.

The room lock/ key card was a bit of a chore to open because it had a delay and a short window to open the door before it would relock. The bedding and towels were all nice and clean. I recently stayed in a nearby hotel across the river and it made me appreciate what this hotel experience offered in comparison. Stay away from the Quality Inn, it is worth spending a few bucks more to stay here.
