We visited to celebrate our 4 year anniversary and can say that our stay was wonderful from the moment we walked in. The Mansion was nicely decorated for Christmas, which added to that charming feel. Also, the staff was friendly and so attentive. We stayed during an outside work event, so it felt like we had place to ourselves. We lucked out with private dining for dinner in the pub and used the heated indoor and outdoor pools by ourselves. The food served for dinner (steak with potato gratin & asparagus; and coquille saint Jacques) and breakfast (egg soufflé and waffles) was top-notch. We also loved the Victorian Era feel in our bedroom and bathroom. Overall, if you're looking for a romantic weekend or an experience at an upscale Inn, then the Sebring Mansion is a great choice!

We stayed here for a quick weekend trip to stay close to the airport and searched for the newest facility in the area and this popped up. Does look recently renovated but it quickly is going downhill as the fairly new carpet feels sticky to the feet and theres already spots on the ceiling that shows their lack of detail in cleaning certain areas. The ac cant cool the whole room below 70 degrees bec it is located in the front living room area and no ac in the bedroom suite. Also the sheets feel like they are using so much bleach and starch as a method to avoid bed bug infestations.

Usually were adjoining or at least same floor. We arrived around 5:30pm and took about 30 min to check in due to a new computer system. We finally got one room for my husband and I and reminded them of the pack and play we called weeks before to reserve and they said they would bring it right. My parents were told they were on a different floor because there were no other openings but then the computer system apparently glitched again and they could be on the same floor if we switched the first room. We said sure and are both given new rooms. Go up to the 3rd floor, meanwhile baby is getting hungry and needs changed. My husband and I have the room type requested, no pack and play. My mom opens her room and it's currently in use by other guests with their stuff everywhere and someone even sleeping in a bed with the tv on. Absolute disgrace that we were given an occupied room. How can we trust they don't give out keys to our room while we're out? Or sleeping?? So my dad goes back down to tell her at the front desk but there's a line so takes another 20 min and now they're on a different floor but whatever. We go to leave an hour later - still no pack and play so have to remind the front desk again as we're getting closer to bed time. It was there when we returned. During the stay, our room had peeling bathroom ceiling which is disappointing since they're almost always under construction here and we were left with only 1 tissue so immediately needed more from housekeeping. My parents room we attempted 2 separate nights to watch a family movie but Netflix would not connect despite advertised on the tv. Only bright spot - Renee at breakfast. Always friendly and keeps the breakfast area cleaned and stocked and remembers us visit to visit. Upon check out my mom brought up how disappointing check in was and being given an occupied room. She was told to talk to the manager at 3 but obviously we're checking out. We're told the manager will call. No call of course. So my mom calls the next day because she also has two additionally unexplained charges for the room. No one can explain why and still no manager calling. 4 days since check out and no one has called to resolve the incorrect payment or the poor check in process which is a clear safety issue. They keep just blaming the computer system which is just despicable. Take accountability and treat your guests with respect.
