I called several medical supply businesses in the Lancaster area, desperate to lift my husband. Once they found out that I had not bought my Hoyer from them, they would not even try to help me resolve the problem. I called Procare, spoke with their Service Manager, Joel. With empathy and understanding of my situation, he quickly helped me to resolve the problem over the phone. Shortly, thereafter, we needed to purchase a shower/commode chair. There was no question as to what medical supply company we would use to purchase this product. Customer service. Two members of the Rx team are quick to call regarding refills! In other words, no Robo calls. And, the pharmacists are willing to discuss matters face to face. In this gilded age of impersonal service, Northern is a jewel. Bottom line? Independent druggists are popping up everywhere and they're competitive with the big guys. To that end, Northern Pharmacy is worth every consideration.
