I bought a new extinguisher from them as my old one was too old to refurbish. They told me the old one still works so it's worth keeping. Ok, when you call 954-772-1920, you may not always get someone at this branch. It may get forwarded to the main corporate office which kind of sucks because you can't get a hold of the person you were dealing with from before. The General Manager at this location and Davie is Jairo Blanco. He and his staff are terrible at follow up. You have to call them constantly or call their corporate office and complain just so that he can call you. They use a sales guy in Tampa that just quotes you random prices and he will not budge if you buy more. In addition, their upper management sucks even further when you escalate to their level (Jim Ford, AVP-South Area). I use to use these guys all the time but, you know what happens when they get so big...they forget how to take care of the little guys that stood by them from thick and thin and help build their business to what it is today. Lastly, they don't even contribute to the community like other companies. Ask them to sponsor something for kids and see how they respond. Sorry, from top down, you have earned this review. I have been patiently working on my pricing issues with you all for almost a month and a half. No customer should have to wait this long for high and over priced gas! There are smaller and cheaper alternatives out there. There are other hungrier gas companies that will grab your business and treat you better than Airgas.
