I should've known from the one rack selection to keep it moving. I still got him a coat and a pair of pants anyway. He tried it on, the coat didn't fit him as good as he would've liked it, and upon further inspection, we noticed three buttons were missing. The pants were washed before use, like one should and the string on the pants came completely undone and unraveled. There was no fixing it. My husband wasn't able to wear either of these pieces of clothing and they could not return it, because it was washed. Even with having my receipt and returning it within a 31 days. The best they could do was offer a 40% discount towards a future purchase that I will not be making.

This has been an awful experience for me from start to finish. I wanted 12 Ugg Christmas stocking…read moreembroidered. When I dropped them off I spoke to Pierre who told me he would call me once they are ready for pick up. Fast forward to a week and a half later, no call. I tried calling their business with no answer multiple times in one day. I called again multiple times the next day for Pierre to finally answer the phone and tell me my Christmas stockings would be ready the following week and he would call me to advise once they are ready for pick up. That never happened. I called several times again with no answer. So I went into the store asking if my order is finally ready. I was advised it was. I took out my Ugg Christmas stockings only to notice treads hanging out that looked very messy from underneath each name that was embroidered. I asked what that was and was told that was the "sticker" that they had to remove to embroider the names on my stockings. I said you mean the leather Ugg name brand tag? They replied yes. I advised them at that point that I should have been called and asked if it was okay to remove a very well name brand tag before doing so. Instead of them having any remorse or understanding on my part Pierre kept repeating himself saying that had to be done to embroider the names on my Christmas stockings while talking over me. I then told him he should be apologizing to me instead of justifying this insane situation. People pay extra money to buy brand names and he completely unbranded my very expensive Christmas stockings without trying to give me a discount or show any empathy and the same goes for Danielle that was behind the counter as well. I've seen plenty of UGG Christmas stocking embroidered with names on them while including their brand name. This business obviously doesn't know what they are doing and devalued all of my stockings without showing any regard that it was their fault. My advise is to steer clear of this business to save yourself a lot of extra stress and money that will be wasted! First photo shows the UGG leather brand name sewn into the stocking. The rest of the stocking show all the UGG name brand names removed with just the names on top of the stockings with a messy treading left over from them removing the Ugg brand name.

I may eventually replace the blinds, but for now, I really was just looking for a 2" valance replacement. He got back to me by telephone immediately and offered to come by and see if he could assist. We agreed on a time and date and he showed up with a smile on his face. He was just so professional, reliable, and knowledgeable. He offered some suggestions and helped me utilize the very old equipment on these blinds. He did not charge me (which was extremely nice) and I would have given him a "tip" but I did not have cash on me. I would feel very comfortable ordering window treatments from his company. Of course, I can not speak for the installers because I did not use them yet. My first impression....give him a call. I believe he can offer many suggestions and hopefully everything will work out!
