When a bride is paying almost $5k for a bridal suite EXPERIENCE for 5 hours I would expect at least water to be provided regardless of a breakfast package being purchased or not. I had to bring my own water and snacks to ensure my bridal party and MOB & MOG stayed hydrated and energized throughout the experience. And they had the audacity to make one of my bridesmaid wait outside in the rain because she arrived 15 minutes early. Also, when a contract obligates you to pay almost $100 in tips for a "bridal suite attendant" it is unprofessional for that attendant to be on their phone for majority of the time. The atmosphere was nice after me and my bridal party broke the ice with all the makeup and hair artist but besides that it was not a welcoming atmosphere at first. ALL staff were on their phone for the first 10 minutes of us arriving. (Yes we were 10 minutes late and they made it very obvious that they were annoyed by that) Bridal attendant did steam and hang up our dresses and serve champagne (that I purchased with the package) but besides that we had to ask about hooking up music and to liven the atmosphere almost an hour in because it was never offered. Not to mention all the prep that me and my bridal party had to do because they do not wash or blowout hair unless you want to pay an extra $50 after paying almost $5K. Overall, I would recommend for hair and makeup IF getting married at Larkfield because of convenience but the experience is over priced and misleading when I signed the contract.
