But regardless of having good experiences at other salons, I knew Caterina would be the only one who would cut my hair the way I liked it best. I'm so glad I was FINALLY able to make the time to see her. The salon is beautiful. There's a closet for coats and belongings. They have these great leather, curved chairs for the shampooing station which are SUPER comfortable. They also have beverages and snacks available. Caterina took FOUR inches off my hair. The length I was left with was PERFECT. She also did a beautiful blow out (see photo). I would definitely go back just for the blowout next time I have an event. Cost for a cut/blowout for my thick/long hair was $55, which is pricier than other salons, but so worth it for me. I only cut my hair 1-2x/year and I much rather pay a little more knowing I'll be 110% happy with the results.

I found this salon through social media and was immediately impressed by the work they shared so I contacted a stylist about booking an appointment and was told to come in for a consultation. After showing the stylist the color I wanted (i'll include the picture) I was quoted $370 for cut and color alone, at that point I made a quick decision and said F it i deserve this and booked the appointment. 2 days later after a full 8 hour shift, an hour and a half drive to the salon, and 4 hours in the chair I was BEYOND disappointed with the way it came out. Don't get me wrong the salon itself and the energy and the people working there are great but I am not the type of person to sit there and complain about the 4 hours of work someone had just done and was seemingly so proud of (as i believe most people can agree they would also bite their tongue in a situation like this) I would have said something had I known sooner than after the blowout, but when I'm sitting in a salon chair with no mirror in front of me for hours while 2 rounds of bleach are going on my head and I had no idea what it looked like the whole process what else am I meant to do but trust the stylist. So it wasn't until AFTER the blowout that I realized this was NOT AT ALL the color I had asked for. But I put a smile on my face and walked out the door after paying $370, went home and just cried over what I had just spent over half my paycheck on and now have to pay a different salon to fix because I refuse to go back to this place because I simply don't trust them..
