The staff was so warm and greeted me happily upon my arrival, and Karen (office manager) gave me a tour of their offices. Nicole (Dr. D) did a thorough history, even re-asking questions I had answered on the form to make sure she had a full understanding of my injury and where the pain was coming from. She did an adjustment right then and there and the relief was immediate. I iced my back in one of their massage chairs for the next few minutes before making a follow-up appointment. I woke up this morning with significantly less pain than I've had in months -- easily a 50% or more improvement after just one adjustment.
