Paula's team was prepared with timelines, rubrics, and tables that we could fill out in advance. She let us know what was expected of us at the 1 year, 6 month, 3 month, 1 month and 1 week marks. As the day got closer we had less and less to do, so we could focus on things at home and with our family members. It was really helpful so the actual day was as calm as could be. Broken equipment, new software learning curve, illness, on and on. At some point something was produced but wrong. Truck signs weren't as per our design, not trimmed as discussed, missed red stars on the white truck signs, etc. Apologies galore but poor results. Yard signs were the only product made as discussed. So we were told that because of the problems your shop was experiencing with equip and software the project was being farmed out to your Danbury associates and we would have them back in about a week at a drastically reduced cost. Well that was 6 weeks ago. I called and asked Chris last week and wanted an update and answers. He was going to look into it and get back to me. That was 6 days ago. I don't know how you stay in business if this is standard operation. Horrible service, poor product, disingenuous and evasive. I'd appreciate some answers on when we can expect our properly produced truck signs. I'll look for a call in about a month. Sad.

The paperwork was so laxed that nothing asked for was in there. she left things out, left things so vague that it wasn't an agreement that made any sense. None of the legal terms were in there that should have been and would have protected the parties. I shared it with many others who could not believe how generic it was. it was not in any way specific to our personal agreement.
