We should have shopped around before and gone to another business, there are several further from the college campus who are much friendlier and much less of a rip off.

I wasn't sure what type of ear piercings I wanted but she truly spent time going over different options and evaluating my ear anatomy for what would work and what wouldn't. She also very interested in what my goals were, what my aesthetic is, and what preferences I had to ensure I would be happy with the results. It was also clear that she has a strong understanding of anatomy and knowledge of piercings. We were able to make a plan for future piercings for me and this was very exciting for me. The level of customer care and detail is high and I'd like to recommend this business. Chrissy is the real deal. Thank you Integrity Piercing! The original piercing experience was clean and professional for my teen. However after the nose piercing was changed (6 months later) the 24 k gold ball she picked out and purchased ended up getting infected (it was too small) and backed inside her nose. She had to get it removed in an emergency from the school nurse because it was so painful. When we called to explain our situation via vm after hours, they returned our call on vm and basically shamed us for not coming in ( we live 3 hrs away) and didn't offer to re-pierce or help. We were big fans in the beginning but I would not recommend this business due to the customer service. We paid a lot and now the hole is closed.
