The reason for 2 stars is because the woman is very nice. She calmed me down when I was anxious and is great at small talk. Unfortunately, my septum will have to be redone. As you can see here, it was placed very low + so close to the tip of my nose. She proceeded to show me google images of different septum's when I brought it to her attention so show how everyone's is different but failed to notice that the ones that looked like mine were labeled, "septum done wrong". When you arrive you also do not sign a waiver. Instead, you write down your license ID and are also not given any after care instructions. While this may be a case by case basis, I think when it comes to a delicate piercing like this, there should be more care. I am very upset because not only did it hurt like hell, but I tend to put a lot of trust in both piercers + tattoo artists. Will not be back + do not recommend. read more

Stopped in today on our way home from an Idaho trip. My daughters wanted to get nose piercings and one wanted her helix done. We didn't call first and I failed to get cash before going in. None of which was an issue. She signed us all in and then I simply ran across the street to get cash from the ATM. They were pleasant and fit us right in. I had the BEST experience at Ace Body Piercing with piercer, Erica - hands down!! I got my nose pierced and was super nervous going into it. Erica was so great at calming my nerves. Her knowledge and expertise blew me out of the water! The entire piercing was super quick and easy, and Erica did an amazing job at providing after piercing care. I have been going here with my friends since I moved to Ellensburg and we have loved it ever since! I got my septum pierced with a few of my friends and we stayed an extra half hour afterwords because Erica is such a delight to talk to. She helped my friend get his smiley pierced (with spikes instead of balls) and gauge his ears, and shes pierced mine and my friends noses. She is exceedingly gentle and talks everyone through the piercing so you know there's nothing to worry about. She even helped me fix my eyeliner when I started crying after getting my nose pierced! Has not closed! The previous owner gave the business to her daughter. Very welcoming and helpful. I went to buy new cartilage hoops and she helped me put them in:) Highly recommend if you are looking for good piercings for a decent price. During covid times, only 5 customers are allowed in store. She is taking temperatures before piercing, and masks are always required. Walk-Ins are welcomed and when I went she was only taking cash. read more

I just got done getting my nose pierced with my boyfriend who got his ears pierced! This wasn't my first piercing and I often accompany my friends to their new body piercings so I've been to my fair share of body piercings. This place was awesome! The cheapest place I've ever been to with the best service! They were professional but not stiff, very relaxing and friendly. We found out it was a family-run business that has been going for at least a decade! The girl that pierced us was so cute and very knowledgeable. She got us in and out without feeling like she was rushing us. She asked all of the questions we asked and the ones we should have but didn't! We're very satisfied with how our piercings turned out. I had a really good experience here and plan to come again. The staff was knowledgeable, answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. The pricing here is also fair and I am very satisfied with the service. I believe the owner pierced my nose, and also has pierced several of my other friends who have had good experiences. Only downside is I missed them the first time I went in and there are no hours posted outside, but they are open 12pm-6pm Monday through Saturday. Or the longest time I was very loyal to them until I got fed up with their hours being so inconsistent especially with a piercing I needed help with for three months and me driving a half hour to get to them. I finally went to anther professional for help with a piercing that they did and they were dumbfounded by the piece of jewelry they used for the placement of the piercing (anti tragus) He was even more appalled when he saw that it was the cheapest piece of jewelry someone could use due to he fact that a piercer in Oregon would actually get fined for using it.... I'm very very disappointed. Especially since if been getting piercings for five years through them and they can't use a bit better quality on loyal customers. read more

Have had multiple piercings here. All good experiences until my last one. The whole process was fine and healing was going well. Or so I thought. I moved home to LA and went jewelry shopping at the local piercer, my daith has been incorrectly pierced so much to the point they refused to sell me jewelry for it. So I had it removed because it was starting to migrate. It wasn't pierced through enough cartilage, and the piercer at this new store said it was nothing to do with my anatomy. Just done incorrectly. We were in Ellensburg to tube the Yakima River,however the weather canceled the trip. "What do we do now?" "Hey, there's a piercing place!" My soon to be 16 year old daughter has requested her birthday gift to be nose piercing. I had agreed as long as it was only one of those little diamond type studs. Wasn't she surprised when this spontaneous stop was MY idea as her birthday is a month away! When we first entered, there was a gal there(Forget her name however her mom is the owner) My first impression was not positive. When she saw my teen daughter and her friend wanting to ask about something she motioned with her arm like "Yea,Yea, what do you want?" You know how teens can be treated. Anyway I then felt the need to start the conversation. This gal is hmmmm...cocky? arrogant?...I don't think she means to be..but she made sure and told us she has been doing this since she was young (Parents business) etc...I told her we would think about it and we left. I left because I wanted to come on here and see what their reviews were. However, we came across something better. There was a clothing store down the street I happened to walk in and the employee had the same piercing my daughter wanted AND, she had it done at Ace 8 years ago. Everything she said matched what the cocky girl said so I felt comfortable returning there. I was shocked how fast it went and my wimpy daughter(Who hates needles) said she hardly felt a thing! It is SO cute too:) And, the gals mom gave us an extra stud for free in case my daughter's get's lost. In summary, we are happy with our decision and my daughter LOVES it! read more

I have had piercings done here and I have always been happy with them however I find that follow up can be difficult. The hours are not reliable and many times I find them closed or with modified hours different from what they say their hours are. I have also found that at times they are just to busy to help you if all you want is to buy a new ring or stud. I like them but with other options available to me I wouldn't choose them again. read more

I used to be a fan. The daughter did a great job on my lip ring, so I went back for my tongue ring, which also turned out well. Then, I went to get my eyebrow done. While the daughter was trying to push the needle through, she slipped, creating a "pocket" behind my eyebrow that was always infected and I eventually had to take it out. Then I went to get a vch done there, since they are the closest ones to me that do them. She used forceps, which after talking to many other piercer a is a no-no. It turned out to be a surface piercing, which means she created two holes instead of one. Now I have to drive 3+ hours to Seattle to get it fixed, since I will NEVER be going here again. read more
