The customer service was also lacking. The staff didn't greet me when I walked in or ask if I needed help. They seemed rushed from the start and didn't make me feel welcome. While making my smoothie, the employee worked so quickly it felt like she was trying to shoo me out the door. For the price, I expected much better quality and a friendlier atmosphere. I came from Seattle WA to visit family and needed a good refreshing cleanse before I go back home!l, so glad this was 1st in my Google search of "Best black owned juice bars near me". I don't remember the managers name, but she was the only one in the store and was so kind, genuine and it felt like we were family that got an invite to come try out some great juice! Coming from an area in the PNW where there are not a lot of black owned businesses that have that genuine hometown feel and even more so, that have even average customer service and quality products, was just what I needed!
