A lot of fun trinkets, Asian makeup and skincare, as well as snacks. If you're into all the cute things this is a place for you. A lot of things were sold out, unfortunately. And empty boxes from sold out merchandise was still lingering on the shelves which made it look a little messy. What I REALLY didn't like though is that majority of the items were not having price tags on them nor somewhere near. I think I only saw prices on some blind boxes and makeup/skincare. To me, this is a huge deal if a business does not have properly displayed prices. For the staff, people are mostly friendly. They also have a claw machine room, with some fun Sanrio (and other) plushies.

Updating my previous negative review. I came in on a Saturday late afternoon. They have definitely updated how they stock the store. No longer are plushies on the floor. The blind boxes were organized and refilled if needed. The staff is enthusiastic and nice. Night and day difference from my previous visit. Excellent service! On my blind boxes from Ellicor I scored two liquid eyes and rare eyes on my Baby 3 1000%!

A new toy store in Austin. Another great option to find blind boxes and other toys in town. Located in the same plaza with 99 Ranch Market.

Definitely lots of overpriced items and constantly stalked by employees the whole time I was there with my daughter.

There were also a lot of cool skincare, but that was a lot more expensive so I only looked through those.

The refill station at Parker & Scott is probably my new favorite place! They have all kinds of options. One thing I'd never even considered that I saw there...sunscreen! How awesome is that. I just went in this time to get some hand soap, but I will be coming back here for all of our items. I'm hopeful that more people see how great of an option this place is. They also have a lot of fun/unique snacks and beverages. I purchased the hand soap, but also got a thing of dill pickle pistachios...OMG, so good. The clerk was such a lovely human and quite helpful. I will absolutely be back and will be telling all my friends about this place. Great way to shop local! Take your vessels up there and they will tare out the weight on all of them. So cool! Oh, they also have Ridwell, so you can take your batteries, plastic film (grocery bags/zip lock type bags) light bulbs, etc. This place is clearly owned and operated by someone wanting to make a positive impact on their community and world. I was excited to find Parker and Scott during our transition to trying to make our home plastic-free with refillable soaps/detergents/etc and Earth-friendly cosmetics. I hope to never buy another plastic bottle again! The prices are not super marked up from the online prices of these items. They have a really nice set up for a local small business and have opened several similar stores in the area which is a great additional to the Austin community.

I believe this store is female owned, and have store locations throughout the south. Their staff is sweet and accommodating, and every gift comes with a beautiful gift wrapping that's complementary. They have plenty of parking as they are part of a mall and there is tons of parking stalls. Can't wait to come back and visit this store on my next work trip. I'm not sure if the gentleman who checked me out was the owner or a regular employee. Regardless, he did not have a friendly disposition when checking me out. (I am a woman of color for reference) he didn't even greet me which is a simple courtesy. I had to ask him "hey, how are you today" to which he didn't respond and just told me the balance I owed. My fellow friend (white male) checked out right after me and he greeted him! He also asked him how he wanted his items wrapped. (We both had the same items) If the store itself wasn't so nice and full of good merchandise/gifts I would've given it an even lower rating. To management: please know and remind your employees that even a simple hello goes a long way Edit: This seems to be a trend going years back (looking at reviews) with this business and their discriminatory practices.
