There were some sheet masks but again, not a lot. It also seemed like they carried more skincare products than actual makeup/cosmetics. In all fairness, central TX did get hit with a winter storm last week and everything was covered in ice. So perhaps their shipments got delayed? Giving 4 stars in spite of low inventory bc they did have testers so I was able to test some products (mostly the serums and ampoules) on my arm. Huge bonus! The staff is southern hospitality friendly. They welcome any questions and if you are looking for something specifically, they will let you know exactly where it is in the store. This store is very affordable. Importantly, it has unique items that you will not find in every store you frequent.

I always say if you want healthy hair, this is the place to get your products. The shampoos, conditioners, oils, and sprays aren't heavy at all. It doesn't weigh down my hair. I also have experience with their skincare, and I like how light they are on the face, with no greasy feeling or stickiness. The mask I bought today is a favorite. It says "repair," but I don't need any repairing because I have used this mask for years to keep my strands strong! It's all about staying ahead, and I have done that with Aveda!

She said it was a special tea called "Comforting" of which they sell in the store. It has a blend of herbs which has an addictive taste of sweetness. I told her this is really good and there was a couple of preteens with their mom who also tried it too. They agreed and begged their mother to buy it but she said no. The girls tried everything from constant asking to sneaking a box in the her purchase pile. The purchase price probably may have too high but funny to see the girls try their best. Anyway I got the tea and applied the purchase points towards my wife's account. I have tried other products here before like soap and shampoo and very pleased with it. I noticed they setup a selfie station here so you can show off a makeover using their products. I used to get a massage here but had to stop it due to some law about having to be licensed to do so.

Update: I stayed online for 23 more minutes and then Walgreens hung up on me when they closed. I believe the pharmacy staff was simply ignoring the phone. Meanwhile, my heart rate is alarmingly high. Very irresponsible, Walgreens. Update 2: The pharmacy manager, N, called me this morning and she apologized and listened to me patiently and sympathetically. I feel better and will stick with Walgreens for now.

They are always low on staff, but who isn't? However, recently some of the cashiers have been unhelpful. One man in particular couldn't scan the milk (the only 1% gallon milk jug there). Instead of trying to enter it manually or get someone else who could, he simply told me to take that jug back and get something else. (Which is weird because that just kicks the can down the road.) I maybe should have spoken up more, but I didn't want to be too demanding. It just seemed that he would rather inconvenience people than try to solve a small problem.
