At first, it is a little tender, but once she got the outline, and used some numbing cream, I felt nothing. She gave me excellent aftercare instructions, including a printout in case I forget. It doesn't matter if it is my short, feathery greying hair, or my son's thick, long flowing locks, neither one of us has failed to receive compliments when Pam is through working her craft. While Pam is amazing and I would highly recommend you ask for her, it was not just her alone that impressed me with the salon. Built in a former home, the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly and the salon is clean and seems well organized. When observing other stylist that work there, I noticed that their interaction with customers was very similar to my experience with Pam. They are all very friendly, engaging and capable from what I have seen. I have heard many customers explain what they want in terms that I could not decipher, just to see them beaming with pleasure at the results the stylist produced.
